Please put your service-oriented employees at the window instead of the one who, instead of greeting me, just grunted. I even had to ask him what was up before he said anything, and his response was that he wanted to go home. The last three times I’ve come here, that was the first thing he said, that he was tired or ready to leave.
The biggest issue this time was with the drinks. I ordered Sprite, but he kept trying to hand me a blue Powerade while talking to coworkers and not listening. I mentioned it to him, and he tried to hand it to me anyway with a sarcastic quip until I said, “Sprite is not blue.” My wife is allergic to blue dye, so it was uncomfortable having to ask over and over for something she could actually drink. He messed up the drinks what felt like 19 more times after this occured.
There were other problems as well that made the experience extremely uncomfortable, including how he stares at you before saying anything and then tries to joke around instead of paying attention. I do not mind an employee making jokes (even not funny ones like I had to hear tonight) if they are doing a good job otherwise, but the jokes should not be a cover-up for poor service.

Read moreI went there this morning at 6:20 am. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before a gentleman from the back yelled that someone would be with me soon. After about another 5 minutes and employee took my order. It was obvious that she had only had very minimal training on the register. After that it took what seemed to be a long time for my food arrived. I was the only customer at that point and there were only 2 employees working the. I remained and had a couple cups of coffee and watched what transpired. People would come in and wait at the counter until someone eventually came out. One man used the Kiosk to order. Several people gave up and left. Those that ordered took way too long to be served. The only reason I gave it the second star was the food was decent. The man that used the Kiosk was still waiting for his food when I left.
It is now a year later and my experience was the same as before. I feel that noone in management cares. The gentleman in front of me was visably irate also. Time to move on.

Clara was my associate cashier that took my order. I asked for the avocado bacon burger with jalapenos added, and I asked for extra ketchup in the bag. It was a meal. What I received was the avocado bacon burger with no jalapenos on it and zero ketchup in the bag as well as zero napkins. If any single one of those things were the case, I wouldn't have written a review, but the conjunction of all three when it was 30 degrees outside was very frustrating. I went through the drive-thru so I did not have to go out in the cold, and I ended up having to walk through the 30 degree weather to go and get ketchup and to get my order fixed and to get napkins.
