I always had the pleasure of dining at Illiano’s while living close to the establishment, and I must say, they create an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment you walk through the door, I was greeted with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked pizza dough and savory toppings.

Let's start with the star of the show: the pizza. Each bite was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor and made with the finest, freshest ingredients. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside yet wonderfully soft and chewy on the inside, providing the ideal base for the generous toppings. Very disappointed. There are not very many decent pizza places in the area. When we did take-out from Illiano's for the first time about a month ago, we loved it. We ordered again a week or two after and was equally happy. Today, my wife ordered a large plain cheese pizza and french fries. What a disappointment. First, it was way over-done. The crust was very dark and was more like shoe leather. Also, the cheese and sauce were dried out, again from it being over-done. Whoever closed the pizza box closed the inside top lid in the sauce and it was soaked. Finally, it was just luke warm when we got it home, roughly a mile and a half. Oh, and a look at their menu shows that the large plain cheese pizza and french fries should have cost roughly 3 dollars less than they charged my wife. No receipt this time nor last time. Stopped by for the first time and decided to order a stromboli to go. They make their stromboli without the sauce (sauce on the side) which I actually prefer. Definitely was one of the best stromboli I've ever had. Cheese had the right melt but the crust could have been better in terms of bake and seasoning, was a tad over. The steak wasn't tough or chewy, was cut just right and tasted like it was fresh.

I'm very peculiar when it comes to strombolis because a lot of the time, the sauce would be subpar, stromboli would be too greasy, or crust would be hard and bland. The worst is when I get a steak stromboli and the steak taste old, or the cut was terrible which makes it tough and super chewy.

I'm glad to say this checked all the boxes of what I want from a steak stromboli besides my tiny critique of the crust. Would definitely...
