We placed our annual holiday order for the large family party we have of 30 plus people. When the order arrived at our house I realized after the driver left that she never gave me the torpedo rolls for the hot roast beef and meatballs. I called to let the restaurant know and they said they would send someone back out with the rolls after I had to basically plead that I had 30 plus people coming and needed them. They sent a driver out that looked like he was not affiliated with the restaurant in any way and was driving a black Lexus. This literal moron of a human parks his car on an angle in front of my neighbors not even near my house partially blocking the street gets out does 3 soft taps on my door ( my cameras have audio) stands there like a blithering idiot for 30 seconds and retreats back to his car and sits there in his car for 9 minutes before leaving. Never once got back out to knock again, look into my driveway where I was just beyond my gate cleaning my yard. This after the “manager” on duty a young woman that was clearly not able to do the job she’s being paid for basically tried to lie and tell me the order that I have been getting for over 10 years was right and that I wasn’t even supposed to get the rolls AFTER my initial call acknowledging they forgot to give me the rolls 🤣 wow. She then proceeds to make it my fault and says she is not sending him back because she sent him twice which was another lie then realizing she’s talking about the first delivery they screwed up as part of the 2 times. The first time was a younger woman that I tipped $20 not even the person that came the second time that put zero effort into making the delivery. She also lied and told me he was beeping his horn and walking around my property to which none of that happened. This was the laziest attempt at a delivery i have ever witnessed. At some point on the phone call from him to the restaurant she instructs him to just leave and NOT leave my rolls because it’s not policy. You cannot make this up!!! So as a result I had zero rolls other than the tiny dinner rolls for hot roast beef which was a horrible rubber mess and 3 of the pans were completely crushed with sauce and gravy everywhere!!! After 10 plus years with TDori we’ll be taking our holiday business elsewhere. The manager was rude and unapologetic and offered to refund me $20 lousy dollars instead of making it right and bringing me the rolls herself. That’s what a manager in charge of someone’s business would do. Speaking of the former owner was involved in the holiday orders every year and knew his customers. Read moreMy Job has been ordering from T'Dori for 5 years and today will be our LAST DAY. My co-worker ordered a Large Shrimp Ceaser salad and was only given 2 SHRIMPS. We called and spoke with Megan, Megan was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and stated a replacement or a refund would be issued. My Co-worker decided to get a different salad. We were told by Megan a replacement will delivered shortly. Well shortly was not the case, when we called and asked where the salad was, the Manager got on the phone and said we got what we ordered and a new salad would not be coming out and all sells are final. How can a business treat their customers this way? Not only are they not giving her a different salad that I forgot to mention was $9 bucks. They are also telling her she is out of money. This is totally ridiculous. T'Doris has messed up big time. My job is open 7 days a week and I have viewed your Delivery cars here at least 3times a week. Read moreWas very disappointed with my recent catering order. The food was only average but more importantly, the way they run their business is extremely deceptive and unprofessional. I placed my order on the Monday before Super Bowl and confirmed prices online that day. When we picked it up that Sunday, they had increased their prices significantly. My husband picked it up for me so he did not know that the price he was charged was different than what it should have been. My order was 28% more than it was when I placed it. When I saw the receipt the following morning, I called and was told they can increase their prices whenever they want. While I understand that, I told them that they should at least let customers who have already submitted catering orders know so that they can cancel them if they want. At these new, much higher, prices I never would have kept this order. The girl on the phone said the owner would call me later that day to discuss. It’s been 4 days and I’ve heard nothing.
