Bucci Jewelers is amazing. I started the journey of looking for an engagement ring several months ago by looking online and checking out various jewelry stores around the Philadelphia area. I had been to at least 7 (that I can remember) stores (and some of them multiple times), before ever stepping foot in Bucci Jewelers, but after leaving those other stores I just didn’t feel comfortable with the selection, or with the interactions I had with the employees.

After I walked into Bucci Jewelers the first time, I walked out feeling pretty good about the interaction and was pretty sure I was going to buy the engagement ring there, even though I hadn’t decided on one yet. The owner, Joe, is extremely knowledgeable and will tell you all of the important things to think about when you’re looking to choose a ring (or other piece of jewelry). Even though I had done a ton of research before arriving, he still managed to give me some insight and opinions that I had not heard before or read online. His laid back, no-pressure demeanor makes shopping here extremely easy and comfortable. I returned to the store several times (I can be pretty indecisive) and picked out a few settings and a diamond I liked, and never once did Joe pressure me to make a decision on the settings so he could make the sale. Finally when I was ready to choose, Joe had it ready for me within a very short day or two.

As far as money goes, Joe’s prices can’t be beat. He really worked with me to stay around the budget I was hoping to stay in, and was upfront with me on costs at every step of the way. Bucci Jewelers was recommended to me by a couple of other people who had been there and bought there engagement and wedding rings at Bucci Jewelers. To say the least, i was not at all disappointed. I had emailed Dawn and she forwarded it to Joe, a ring that i had seen and liked, he looked at it and the next day i went to see him in person. The shop is very quaint and very clean and well presented. the staff was very pleasant, friendly and willing to help and find the right item for you that you are looking for. To my surprise Joe informed me that what i was looking at was not the item i should be spending my money on. I will let you know that i really had no knowledge of diamonds or rings or even really what i was looking at. Joe took the time out of his busy schedule to work and explain to me the whole aspect of what diamonds and ring to look at, Joe thank you very much. I trusted Joe to make a ring that i was looking at. I then picked up this extraordinary ring, the look , diamond and craftsmanship was out standing, three days before Christmas and Proposed on Christmas Day. Thanks to Joe and his staff for being accommodating, helpful, friendly and the willingness to produce luxury jewelry at an affordable price. My now Fiance' of course said yes and can't stop looking at it and placing up against the light and showing everyone she sees the ring that was made especially for her. I was gifted a watch but the watch did not have a battery for it. The watch is reminiscence of my youth so I definitely wanted to get a battery. I went on a group I belong to on Facebook called Roxborough Rants and Raves. Several recommendations were given for Bucci Jewelers. I decided after a very long week of work to stop by and see if they could possibly have what I needed. When I arrived, there were two other couples being serviced. The gentleman behind the counter acknowledged me and let me know they would be right with me. As I patiently sat there awaiting my turn, the gentleman actually made me a mushroom coffee(which was AMAZING). As I enjoyed my beverage I was definitely impressed by the level of care and extremely great customer service being provided to the couples taking care of business. The gentleman periodically thanked me for my patience which spoke volumes because as a potential long term customer I was able to witness that although others walked into the shop, the focus wasn't taken off those nor were they made to feel rushed. When I was given my watch, the battery was installed and time was set. I will not only be returning to see some pieces but I will be bringing my son along who has started building his own jewelry collection. I think he would also appreciate not only the various ranges of jewelry but would simply feel comfortable with the service allowing for his questions to be answered. Bucci is definitely a FIVE ⭐...
