I had this place pinned for a while and finally got the chance to stop in while back in the area. I planned ahead and brought the whole family. Walking in, I was surprised by the layout—it’s a nice blend of bar and dining space with options (larger section of different beverages). The staff was friendly, and service was faster than expected. It wasn't very long before they brought the food to the table. We usually share a bit of everything, so I got to try several dishes. The chicken caesar salad was good, nice size pieces of chicken and a very decent sized salad. The chicken fingers were well-sized and had good flavor (a good number of dipping sauces to choose from). We also tried a few specialty burgers - I didn’t realize the burgers came with double patties, which caught me off guard. I had the Texas Rodeo Burger, which was tasty, but my favorite was actually The Boot chicken sandwich my wife ordered. I’m already planning a return visit—this time to check out the bar and explore more of the menu. It’s a chill spot, and I can see us having a great time hanging out over drinks.

Having vegan food while also drinking beer is one of my favorite combinations! I was super stoked to find a place that had multiple vegan options. However, I was highly disappointed by the Improbable Chicken CheeseSteak because the picture on their menu versus what is made is not the same. I was hoping for the "Chicken" CheeseSteak to be seitan or another type of meat substitute but it wasn't. I'm not even really sure what they used but I wouldn't order it again. The rest of the food and drinks were decent. Our waitress, Heather was very friendly! She was so friendly, she opened up the closed off part with the second bar about 10 minutes early for us since we had a baby and we needed a low top table. I truly appreciate her for this because we wanted to dine here and we would have had to leave if she didn't do this kind gesture. Although I was disappointed with the vegan cheesesteak, I would come back here to try out their different vegan options!

Been to FWOT a dozen or so times. Experience is consistent and great. Location is good--just off of Ridge Pike right near the highway on/off-ramps. Parking is plentiful and the entry is easy to access and spot. Inside, there is a bar (with a private dining segment) and a main dining/ordering area. Outside is a small (usually empty) seating area. The bar is usually fairly full and lively with many food and drink options. The main dining area is adjacent to the bar, but sound floods the dining room from the bar on a crowded night.

FWOT is a good casual dining experience that is pseudo-dining style but acts more like a counter food [i.e fast food style] eatery. The food is typically quick and tasty with a solid amount of options (including meatless options). Service is hit or miss, but is overall good enough. Don't expect to be blown away, but definitely expect good food. Prices are reasonable and portions are respectable. The chicken sandwiches that I've tried have been delicious!

There are good takeout options, access to takeout containers in the dining room, refillable drinks @ soda station, and even a coffee machine. Be warned that if you dine inside, you'll spend about 5 minutes throwing away your food into a tiny trashcan hole. It's likely that patrons kept throwing away serving trays and FWOT's owners were tired of it, so now you can't even fit a serving tray into the trash if you tried! 😅

I'll be back here again for sure as I've stopped in a few times a year since I've found the place. Recommended for anyone...

I will start by saying that I love their grilled wings ( very few places do them). The sweet potatoe fries are absolutely fabulous, as well as a decent selection of beers. Now, just reading that, you'd think I'd give them a five star rating but here's the catch! Never, not even once!!!! Has my order ever been correct. Missing items, the wrong items or the wrong number of wings. Nothing worse then getting home and realizing that that sauce you ordered on the side isn't the right sauce, or you open the second box thinking that there are fries in there but no!! Instead they split the wings into two boxes. I've never seen such incompetence in regards to service! It's a shame bc I really do like their food. After today's experience I don't think I'll go back. How many times can you screw up something as simple as an order of wings, before you start to lose business? I was thinking it would be a novel concept to open up a wing place across the street that actually hires people that can competently do their job, while providing amazing service. It...
