A couple of things went wrong during our recent visit. The server repeatedly interrupted me while taking our order, which is usually not a big deal if the order is correct. However, he missed an order of ramen and made snide remarks about us ordering a large amount of food, as if they didn’t want our business. To make matters worse, he forgot to bring any small dishes for the soy sauce, which is an essential part of the sushi-eating experience. We had to go up and get them ourselves after 10 minutes of waiting for our food to arrive. Additionally, we had to ask for the missing food from our order. To make the situation even more frustrating, there was no music playing while we were waiting for the food that was missing, which made the wait feel excruciating. The server should have noticed that we needed something if they had come to check on us at least once after we received our food, but they didn’t. Also didn’t do anything to make our experience better after the mistakes were made. I am a chef so I am usually pretty lenient when it comes to service problems in restaurants. But we were literally the only customers there the whole time. So to me this is pretty unacceptable. Despite the good food, the poor service made me feel like I wouldn’t want to return to this restaurant in the future.

BEWARE: When they advertise ramen it means packaged ramen. I was so hungry and craving ramen so I came across this place at the last minute. I placed an order of spicy ramen for pickup. I was surprised that it’s only $10. When I got home I realized why it’s much cheaper than normal. It’s literally packaged ramen with one scrabbled egg and a side of white rice mixed in. Who serve ramen w/ rice? For $10 I could have gotten 5 of my own packaged ramen to make a better bowl with meat, eggs, and veggies! Additionally, no utensils were provided. Extremely disappointed!!!

Came from out of the area to go to REI in the same strip and decided to give this place a try since it was right there.. so glad I did! Food was very tasty - I got the sushi combo and felt I definitely got my moneys worth. Service was also wonderful, friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that drinks are in single use containers (bottles, cans). Hope to make it back again one day!

Ordered delivery tonight, was very disappointed. My salmon avocado roll had barely any salmon in it, sincerely, the pieces were so small, the small avocado pieces were bigger. The sushi rice was very salty. We ordered some shrimp tempura rolls, now, I checked after the fact and the menu does say it comes with crab stick; but who does that?! Shrimp tempura rolls are one of those universal things that's usually the same at every sushi restaurant. I was very turned off by it. Every roll we got fell apart when we tried to eat it. Half of the order came in the usual sushi containers with the clear lids, the two specialty rolls were in a styrofoam container, like you get at a deli with a sandwhich and chips. The rolls were on strips of aluminum foil. The whole presentation looked incredibly cheap and lazy, which it wasn't, the whole order (4 regular and 2 specialty rolls) was over $100, the same as other but more high end sushi restaurants. Really disappointed, this was a...

Only giving one star because otherwise i cant post. Came to this place today, Wednesday, only one order in front of mine (ordered at the counter because nobody seemed to be waiting the tables) my Mizo soup came within a few minutes however i waited over 30 mins for the rolls and NOTHING, they forgot my order!! Meanwhile the guy Who ordered after me left with three containers worth of food and another one with one, walked out of the restaurant! Even though they brought me free edamame (which i didn’t touch) I asked for a refund and walked out! Never coming to this place again! I drove less than 10 minutes and now i’m sitting at Minado where I will end up paying almost $10 less and will eat a lot more and better! You would think small businesses would be better at these things right?! Needless to say, despite their effort, i wont...
