Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken — Restaurant in Whitesburg

Stopped in on April 26th, 2019. Placed an order at 8:45 PM for a crispy breast. The female cook stated she did not have any cooked. This establishment does not close until 10:00 PM, being it's a friday. So, I'm sitting here while my son eats. The cook didn't even offer to cook a breast for me. She was very matter of fact about not having one cooked. I say very matter a fact about not cooking a breast for me, because she asked the male cashier if he needed that ticket back. She let me know right then, she was NOT going to cook what I asked for.

What is wrong with people? Have people forgotten what it means to give great customer service? Have employees forgotten that it is because of customers that frequent these establishments is the reasoning they collect a paycheck?

You are a place that cooks chicken. You do not close until 10PM and would not cook a breast for a paying customer. Used to come here often. I can say this, I'll never be back at this Lee's Famous Chicken or any other one.

If a cook won't cook what your customer wants, then the nasty attitude must be perfectly acceptable by management. If it weren't acceptable by management this female cook would have cooked the chicken!

Been in a slow decline. We typically eat Lee's for the fried pickles. Building could use updates. Had to repeat myself multiple times to the front register worker for them to still ring my order up wrong. No deductive reasoning skills. Even drive through and kitchen workers annoyed with this. We always stop at Lee's everytime we are in the area since we do not have one near us. They offer 2 types of fried chicken, roasted chicken, tenders, and shrimp!
