I just went there tonight and ordered 4 combos, two of which were the same and an order of 6 piece mozzarella sticks. I checked the order before I left the premises to find that I had two completely wrong sandwiches, missing a curly fry, missing two mozzarella sticks, and a wrong drink. I went back through the drive thru again and got to the window to explain what was wrong and the young lady at the window just walked away without a word and went back to checking a machine. Eventually the manager came to the window and I explained what happened and she walks away without a word. The manager then tells me that there's nothing she can do. They still have an hour before they close and she said she couldn't make the order right but that she could take my name. I explained that one of the completely wrong sandwiches had mayonnaise on it and it was for a child that was allergic to it. She still said she couldn't do anything. I then asked the manager was I supposed to go to another restaurant to get the kid's food and she just looked at me like I was crazy while they refused to fix their mistakes.
I have never experienced such lack of communication, lack of customer service, lack of customer satisfaction, and total incompetence in a restaurant. We will not be going back until they hopefully fix...

Me and my wife and kids waited in the drive thru line for 45 mins until we decided to go in. We went in due to the tone of the young lady at the window. We went to order and saw that it was very dirty inside and the bathrooms were a mess. The black guy who was there bald with glasses seemed to have no control over the kids that was working there and him hisself was very rude so i understand why the crew members acted as such. I witnessed a roach by where they sit the sandwiches. It seemed like forever until we got our food which was cold and not fresh at all. Its sad that restaurants are being ran like this. The whole place should be shut down and i will be contacting corporate about our experience and let them know to stop hiring kids and management that cant control them. Will never eat at this location or any for that matter and will be spreading the word on how rude the kids and owners of the establishment are. When going to sit with my drink, found there were only 2 tables being used, but still had to walk half the restaurant to find a clean one. When I received my order, had the wrong sandwich, got a regular classic roast beef, dry (no sauce at all, not even Arby's sauce) instead of a double beef and cheddar, was told to keep the first one they'd make a fresh one. The meat looked way overcooked from what I'm used to at most Arby's across the country, but thought I'd wait to see what the new one looked like. Once I got the right sandwich, the meat was the same overcooked roast beef, which was also strangely filled with gristle. Sides (mozzarella sticks and jalapeno bites) were great and cooked perfectly. Upon finishing, got up and listened to my shoes stick to the floor all the across the restaurant to refill my drink, and noticed that every garbage can in the restaurant was overflowingly full.
