While I do like the food, apparently good customer service has alluded some of the young people working there are waitresses. I called in and asked for a pizza and then a salad bar. She asked, "large or small?" I said large and she then asked what dressing? Because this was for a co-worker, the co-worker said, "I will make her own salad and get my own dressing". I told the girl that and her words were, "no, we make it here". When I told my co-worker, she said, "If they won't let me make my salad then I don't want it." I told the girl, and she said, "she can make her own salad but we put the dressing in a container on the side." I said, "that's not what you said, but ok." (all of this to say I'm literally placing the phone on mute to ask my coworker these questions and relaying information, so the conversation is VERBATUM each way.) She then mumbled under her breath ON THE PHONE, "no that not what I said..." while laughing in a tone like I'm an idiot. Then, within seconds, I said, "never mind about the order" and hung up. I train customer service for a living...how is it ok to talk to patrons that way? The staff is typically young, so she gets a pass on being snarky and rude but it's not ok when you are the "FACE" for the business and on the phone taking orders for peoples money. Just own it and move on to better the business...but that's what you get when you hire kids. Still love the food but oh man...not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff was friendly and very nice. The table I set myself at had condensation from the ceiling vent dripping on the table. I was offered to move if I wanted to. I stayed because I was a preferred table over a booth. The staff helped me reposition the table so the condensation didn't continue to fall on the table while we were sitting there. The Pizza however just was not good to me it tasted more of a frozen pizza type taste. You can tell that the thin crust was premade...the toppings, they weren't quality toppings. It just was not a good pizza. The tea my mama said was good, and the soda was good. The staff asked me how my meal was, I told him I did not like it... we ate a total of two and a half slices between my mom and myself, and the lady didn't even ask me if I wanted her to discount it or anything. It was an okay experience, but I would never return because of the pizza....I could have saved some money and brought frozen pizza and put it in the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFlashback to my childhood. When we walked in, this place reminded me of another pizza place from the 80s. Jukebox in the corner, video games for wild kids, Beer sold by the pitcher. Our pizza came out cut into 16 skinny slices, which I was not expecting, and I was not happy about. I was told they cut it that way for the buffet & are in the habit of cutting that way if you have kids. I would have preferred a foldable slice or being offered the option after telling the waitress it was our first visit. The pizza was ok. It might be better sliced regularly, but I...
