I just left this Whitman location and to be honest I am BEYOND Disappointed! My friend and I received our breakfast and in addition to my plate being not cooked as requested; before either of us had the opportunity to take our 1st bite the young woman with the long blonde braid came over, pressed her body to the table and said can I take any of this off your table? I looked up puzzled and to be totally honest my 1st thought was YES Your body!! But instead I said we legit JUST got our food, do you not see that nothing has been touched? She said oh ok and left, moments later our waitress; who didn't deliver our food, came over and also tried to take our plates away! Like are you kidding me right now? We had been there less than 30 minutes in total and you hurried us along from our very 1st interaction. Was our $40 plus bill not large enough for you? You had ample seats and I did not witness this aggressive behavior towards ANY OTHER table; so since you've made us feel EXTREMELY unwanted, we will no longer visit your Establishment. Since I'm expressing my heartfelt Disappointment let me add this note to the owner; Im sad to leave this review. Send in phantom guests and see how they get treated, if they get what they asked for and not what the chef felt like cooking and If nothing more maybe some TRAINING for your staff, poor service ALL...

I had breakfast here for the second time. Just as the first time, I was disappointed. I had heard great things about the food and just had to try it out. My first visit was last week early Saturday morning. My son and I had the breakfast tacos. They had absolutely no flavor at all, even after adding salsa. I thought it may have just been that particular item, so I wanted to try something different. Today I had the hash and eggs. I have never in my life had corned beef that was flat. Yuck! That paired up with the buttered bread that I received that was supposed to be TOAST made for a very disappointing experience. The best part of the whole visit was the very nice...

I ordered the Hungry Man breakfast with french toast for takeout on 12/19. When I got home, the order had come with pancakes instead. I called the restaurant back to let them know about the error. The woman on the phone took down my name, number, and the error and told me I would have a credit for the Hungry Man breakfast the next time I order.

I tried ordering today, 12/28, to redeem my credit but was told that they had no record of my credit on file and there was nothing they could do about it. Unfortunately, this to me was unacceptable customer service and I cannot recommend Nellie Rose.
