I thought I ordered from this Palermos via Door Dash. To my suprise, the food I received was nothing like the normal Palermos that I know and love. I was very confused. I didn't want to cancel the Door Dash order (even though the food was inedible) bc I didn't want Palermos to suffer in case they had an "off" day or something. Instead I called the next day and just asked to speak to the manager to ask why the food was so different from what I normally order. He apologized and said he would cook it for me again and I said I would pick it up. I went in, added a few desserts to my order (they are all delicious!) and talked to the manager who by then had figured out the mystery of the terrible food! It wasn't from THIS Palermos! I was so embarrassed but he said no problem and asked if I still wanted my entire order and then said he was only charging me 50 percent! He did not have to do that at all! I was so impressed! Pre covid I ran an event here for my daughter's elementary school class and they had a great time! The food is great and the people are truly...

We went to Palermo's for a family celebration. They put several tables together in the enclosed patio for our group of 16 & 3 generations, ages 13-86 (accessible for Pop-pop and his walker). The gas fireplace was warm and cozy. The menu has a good selection of pizzas from basic to gourmet. We selected 3 salads and 5 pizzas to fit our needs and wishes, including one that was half red sauce, chicken and no cheese (dietary need) and the other half plain. I enjoyed buffalo chicken pizza and a white pizza with chicken spinach and sun dried tomatoes. A few of us ordered drinks including Arnold Palmers, wine and hard cider with pitchers of water on the table. We finished every bit of food! (We had dessert at one of our homes.) It was the perfect place for a casual family gathering. The serve was good. Unknowingly different people kept repeating the same drink orders and our waitress would double check to make sure. Good job, waitress! We'll have another celebration there sometime! The rest of the restaurant was full of customers enjoying a good meal on a...

Overall brutal experience. Sat ourselves as instructed, took about 15 minutes for somebody to come over to us. Ordered two drinks and mac and cheese, drinks came about 10 minutes later and the beer was flat. Ordered a replacement cocktail (vodka and coke), had to explain to the server how to make it, and when it came out it, too, was flat. 20 minutes later our mac and cheese came out, and it had clearly been sitting because it was cold and congealed. Asked for the check and another glass of wine. Check came about 10 minutes later, wine never came. We paid the whole bill anyway, and left. Called to complain, sat on hold for about 5 minutes and finally got through to somebody who begrudgingly comped us $5 off of our check. And he eventually just hung up on me. Absolute amateur hour! Plenty of other good places...

Ate here with my family. My single slice of plain cheese pizza was truly sub par and flavorless. I was really disappointed. HOWEVER, my mother's gluten free personal pan with pepperoni and sausage was "very good", according to her (and she has a high standard for GF food). My brother's personal pan Margherita pizza was also excellent (he let me try a bite) as well as beautiful. Walking into the restaurant I was met with a distinct scent of "vape" which personally nauseates me but might be fine for other people. It made it difficult for me to enjoy my already sub par slice. Eventually (2 hours later) I did get used to it. Service was speedy and friendly and the venue offers plenty of natural light through large windows.

The family enjoyed the pizza here when we went there for my son's birthday. I ordered the gluten free pizza which is a personal pan size with a very thin, crisp but tasty crust. Most of the time, the GF crust at pizzarias (even at Uno) tend to be like tastless cardboard or matzo with sauce and cheese on top. I ordered mine with pepperoni and sausage and was very happy with it. My husband had a stromboli which he liked and my son had a grilled panini he was only able to eat half of. My youngest son got a Margherita pizza that he enjoyed. The photo is of the gluten free pizza.
