Need a LOT more training on customer service. Make sure you check what you get before leaving the place.

Bought large size cake for a party. When I opened the box at home during the party, I realized they gave me a medium one. I called the place and pretty much first thing they said after confirming that I paid for large one is that they can't exchange after I leave the premises. This is when my voice had to be raised, they made the mistake and I had to suffer? This is when the girl on the phone told me that she has to speak to a manager. After some time, she told me that they do not have the cake that I bought any more so asked whether I can come back next day for it. Like the freaking party is right now! She said if I get there, I can exchange for another large cake so I had to drive 30 minutes there, thank God I was within driving distance.

When I got there with the cake, she again told me that they do not have the cake I bought and offered me $4 refund, basically is the price difference between the medium and large cake or to exchange for another large cake they had.

I had to exchange for large cake since I needed one and was offered nothing but a very cursory sorry for my trouble caused by their mistake.

Cake tasted fine but I was not happy with the service received...

Only been here twice and left satisfied for the most part. First visit was Friday at 9am and second visit was Sunday at 11am. Both times they were pretty busy but stocked, except for 2-3 empty spaces. They have some interesting drink flavors that I recommend but the dairy/cream offering seems random? The first visit I got a matcha espresso and was asked whole or skim milk. The drink itself was nice and the matcha earthy. My second visit I got the Ube Latte which was delicious! I told the cashier I wanted soy and I'm really not sure why but she laughed and muttered some gibberish then asked oat? I repeated soy again. Even though I did enjoy the Ube Latte, I was expecting an espresso drink but I watched the Barista make it and it was just ube flavoring + milk.

Update 4/23/24: they recently posted new hours, now opening at 7:30. Decided to stop by before heading to work and the door was still locked at 7:30, I could see that they were barely stocked or ready for opening.

Update 6/13/25: came in for 2 ube lattes with oat milk, was given soy. If you don't have oat, please say so! I don't have a soy allergy but...

This place is like a dream. Fresh, quality baked goods that are very decently priced. The delectable selection including sandwiches and other refrigerated pastries is also super impressive!! Sandwiches are 10x better than Panera & made with amazing, quality fresh ingredients.The look of the cafe is very cute and has a really ambient atmosphere, good music, and very friendly staff. Packaging is also adorable looking as well. you will eat every last bite of whatever you buy. Brought all my friends and family here and they loved it!!! Highly recommend!!! Btw you can easily spend up to $30-$40 depending on how much you buy. But you will not be mad at yourself for spending that much after tasting the freshness & the quality ingredients. Their vanilla cream donut is the best donut I’ve ever had in my life. It’s around $4. But I will eat it up every time. Please come here and try for...
