Deck Motel — Hotel in Whitpain Township

the hotel was full of bugs bugs bugs i got bit repeatedly and had to throw out alot of belongings the hotel owner vj is very rude he refused to refund money i left early by the way and it didnt matter the bathroom had mold everywhere there is no tub linens and towles very dirty all of the neighbors were fighting off bugs with bugspray and rubbing alcohol my entire stay there wich was over a two week peroid i had no idea why i was itching all the time and had bite marks everywhere i lost so much property and money because of it hotel owner told me to call whoever i wanted he didnt care when i brought the problem to his attention it was one of the worst experiences of my life and i wouldnt ever go back i wouldnt send my worst enemy there its horrible it took me a week to stop itching and my bites to heal i couldnt even sleep for 5 days out of fear that i may get bit never ever stay at this hotel ever under any...

The managers are dirty creepy hoarders and very rude. As soon as I stepped in the room I knew me and my boyfriend had made a huge mistake. Smelled like the room hadn't been aired out in months and was outdated and dirty. Woke up to bed bug bites all over me especially my face . My eyes were swollen shut from being bitten so I had to call out of work. Bed bugs were all over the furniture. One almost came home with us it was traveling on my boyfriends pants.One of the other guests had caught a hornet in their room. When we approached the managers they were extremely rude and threatened to call the cops on us because we demanded a refund. I was so disgusted and traumatized I went to the Emergency. Older 20 room motel with very reasonable weekly rates.

Rooms are 12'x12 with one full size bed, DirectTV, microwave, mini-fridge, shower.

There are some efficiencies, some with futon as well as bed, stoves and kitchen sinks.

Stays pretty full, doesn't do reservations call ahead.

The motel section in back very quiet, screened by woods with a pleasant meadow.

There is a laundry and soda machine, but no ice, no coffee, no breakfast, no room service, no phones or WiFi.

Basic old fashioned lodging at half the price of the nearby...
