P'Amore Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Whittier

Well I ordered a pizza for delivery I was charged money against my card and no pizza came to my house I called them to see what's going on they tell me that the pizza will be leaving shortly we're talking 2 hours later I'm not trying to eat no cold pizza so I went to the location at Norwalk and Beverly where I ordered my pizza and I was told that I couldn't get my money back because there was no manager to give me my money back on my card very disappointed in the customer service they did not try in any which way to make me happy as a customer I was actually buying pizzas every week from this location because of this incident I will no longer be buying pizzas from this company...

Food is amazing especially the margarita pizza! It's delicious! The service is ok, I really wish they would inform me when I call by phone to place an order that they offer a size bigger than XL in pizza. The place is sad really. They don't really try to give it any theme. They also don't have anywhere for you to hang and wait for your order, it's really inconvenient because they have the space inside and out if you get creative. Like I said, they don't try. The other thing is their ice shaving machine has been broken for over a year and the owner doesn't seem to care to fix or replace it. Other than that the...

Bad experience , cashier was nice, but I order for pick up when to get it I paid and my order wasn’t ready they said that one of the item was not ready , so I waited more like 20 min after I saw people coming and going with there orders I got impatient and I ask the girl to cancel the item that was not ready and refund me the money for that , so when I ask to take just the pizza it turns out that they haven’t made the pizza either , so I got little mad because I spend like 30 min waiting to not get nothing, in top of that the other worker gave me bad attitude...
