I sbsolutely HATE this starbucks. Its my birthday today, and they managed to even ruin my birthday today. There customer service is TERRIBLE. They are rude, argumentative, have no manners and rarely if ever actually provide genuine customer service. I come to starbucks almost daily. BUT IM DONE WITH STARBUCKS. And this location did it for me.
Alex is the manager who does nothing about her staff. Ive called and called to speaknto her. She never returns my phone calls. Today she answered for the 1st time, and was completely dismissive of my concerns or feelings. She shouldnt be a manager because clearly she cannot manage her team, because they all NEED attitude adjustments. Rachel decided to have a complete debate with me over my birthday beverage. Some shift sup. Giving her team the example that its ok to treat customers like that, and even on a day as special as a persons birthday. I didnt buy anything. And I never will again.
Its bad enough their bar area is always dirty, leaving milk out, using multiple pitchers fornone beverage, leaving inches of room in the cups and not making them right, but they also get to have attitudes with you. Not say hello or greet you with a smile. If you ask them to remake a drink they tell you why they shouldnt have to. You tell them a beverage with whipcream shouldnt have foam let alone be all foam, and they tell you that your wrong.
Ive called starbucks customer service MANY times, and nothing ever changes. Clearly as a customer I am completely unimportant, as well as the way they treat everyone else. Because I know Im not the only person they upset, just by what Ive witnessed in the line watching other customer interactions.
If you must have your Statbucks, at minimum...

I could tell the minute he gave it to me that it wasn't right by the color because I get them every day. He assured me the regular amount of espresso went, so I drive off. Sure enough, I took a sip and it was horrible. Tasted like iced milk with a dash of coffee in it. Not sure what the problem is, because I know the drinks have set recipes with allotted numbers of shots. The only thing I could think of is that sometimes they put too much milk or caramel and can't fit all of the espresso drip in the cup, so they short the espresso. While observing them, the individuals that work here have an excellent work ethic and probably need more help. I never see them BS with people while the line starts increasing with patrons. They are very polite and inviting as well. Personally, I only tip if my server get taxed. Besides, Iām a student and Iām usually low on cash. But this crew makes me want to tip, so i do so, as much as I can afford. Thanks for the warmth during these freezing mornings š
