Me and my husband love trying out food on different places, before leaving the house we usually check yelp apps whoever got 4 stars and above we try that out but I make sure that the place has 300 reviews and above at the same time. What made me interest to visit this place is not only about the reviews but the pictures as well, how customers described it was very delicious. We went here and staff our very accomodating, and place looks classy for me. Price is average and food quality the best ever thai food. I have tried l.a thai, uncle tim, banana bay, even the expensive one at las vegas THE LOTUS SIAM which is expensive tried that too, but this place is a summary of all the good thai food I have tried simple but the best food. Not only about the food but the service what makes it different for all the thai restaurant we have tried. I would say me and my husband got surprise how the service is here, they even gave small stuff toy for my son, they recommend us the good food we should try and take note YOUR EYES WILL REALLY ROLL how the food taste so good make sure to reserve some space for their super duper delicious dessert.... It was awesome! Fast service, clean, good price. Great food will be a regular customer here and that is for sure.

One of the Best Thai Restaurants in Whittier! I’ve had Thai food all over Southern California, and Green Leaf Thai Cuisine in Whittier is truly one of the best I’ve ever been to. This hidden gem deserves way more attention — the flavors, the quality, and the service are all outstanding! I ordered the egg rolls, the Pad Thai, and their signature pineapple fried rice — and every bite was incredible. The egg rolls were crispy and packed with flavor. The Pad Thai had the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spice. And the pineapple fried rice? Absolutely next level — fresh, fragrant, and beautifully presented. If you’re in or near Whittier and love Thai food, this spot is a must-try. Whether you’re dining in, picking up, or ordering through a food delivery app, you won’t be disappointed. Support local and check out Green Leaf Thai Cuisine — you’ll be glad you did!

This hidden gem has one of the best Thai foods I've had. As other reviews stayed, the outside is extremely understated but the inside is really beautiful <which is what really matters>. the service is friendly n on point, definitely family friendly....and while pricey, Every dish is well presented and packed with delicious flavor... Even my basic meat n potatoes guy n kiddo were super impressed with flavor and giving their 5 star stamp of approval. Really enjoyed the chicken satay, the peanut sauce, pad Thai, dumplings, curry, and crying tiger. Ended night with share of fried coconut ice cream....My only miss was the fried rice, honestly with everything better off with just ordering white rice to taste these flavors. Will be back again to enjoy this and try other dishes again.

This Thai restaurant! Let me tell you, it is an absolute gem hidden in the heart of our city. I recently had the most delightful experience there, and I simply cannot wait to share it with you!

From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was greeted by the warmest smiles and a lovely ambiance that transported me straight to Thailand from the smells from the kitchen. The owners, who also happen to be the chefs and servers, are truly a dynamic duo that creates an unforgettable dining experience.

The moment I glanced at the menu, I knew I was in for a treat. The variety of authentic Thai dishes they offer is truly impressive, showcasing the rich diversity of flavors that make Thai cuisine so special. The owners' dedication to using only the freshest ingredients shines through in every single dish.

Let's talk about the food itself, oh my goodness! Each bite was bursting with an explosion of flavors that took my taste buds on an incredible journey. The fragrant aromas, the perfect balance of spices, and the meticulous attention to detail in presentation left me in awe. It was evident that the owners poured their hearts and souls into every dish they prepared.

One thing that truly stood out to me was the passion with which the owners approached their craft. They took the time to personally recommend dishes based on my preferences, ensuring that I had the most enjoyable experience possible. Their dedication to making guests feel welcomed and satisfied is truly commendable.

It's not just the food that makes this restaurant exceptional; it's the overall ambiance and hospitality. The owners created an intimate and cozy atmosphere, making me feel like a part of their extended family. Their genuine warmth and friendliness added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experience.

I must also mention the immaculate service provided by the other owner. Their attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate any special requests truly impressed me. Their passion for providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction, making me feel like an honored guest throughout my meal.

In conclusion, this Thai restaurant, with its owner cooking and the other owner serving, is an absolute gem that deserves all the praise. The dedication, creativity, and passion of the owners shine through in every aspect of the dining experience. From the warm and inviting atmosphere to the impeccable service and, most importantly, the outstanding, authentic Thai food, every visit to this restaurant is a true delight. I can confidently say that this restaurant has set the bar high for Thai cuisine in our city, and I cannot wait to return for another...

This was the worst thai restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I seldom to reviews but I was so incensed I literally drove out of the place and am parked idling on the street to write this immediately after. I was literally the only customer inside when I got there not along after opening and eventually only two other people at an adjacent table so they def were not busy at all. I ordered the pad Thai lunch special because hey how can anyone screw that up right? It came w a ginger salad which was the only redeeming thing of the entire visit. After that the food came and to say it was unremarkably bland would be being polite. The temperature didn’t even seem right. What’s more is the girl never came to the table at all except to take the order. Drop off the food and pick up the dishes at the end. I couldn’t comment on anything and when I looked up, I never even saw her anywhere anyways. Probably talking to people in the back I presume. What’s more is she said they are so tacky. They don’t even take cards there. Who does that in 2024? so not even a debit card and they take Zelle if you can believe that so I’m selling a stranger the money and it’s very rare if not unheard of that I don’t leave a generous tip anywhere. This person actually came out from the restaurant towards my car and was asking for confirmation on the Zelle. I be grudgingly show her and I say how it was a bad experience. I was just going to let it go, but she comes out to the car and I’m telling her that and how she never came up to the table and how the food was very mediocre and she lied to me and said that she did obviously I’m not going to lie about that and remember it wrong. There is flipping hardly any people in there. What’s more is even if she did when I’m saying how tacky it is about the Zelf and the bad experience she gives a sarcastic wow in the tone that she can’t believe I’m saying what I’m saying and walks inside. Never once an apology or talking to the owner or anything. Way to go with your customer service...

Ok so I had high hopes for this place since I heard such great things. I took a friend who I hadn't seen in 6 years and we used to do thai food all the time so we were super excited to try this new place together. When we got there the waitress was not the friendliest, when we placed our order she made it a point to let us know how little we had order (mind you we had ordered three main dishes and 2 rice plus we were getting free dumpling for checking in. It was only two adults and three children, they were sharing chow mein and rice and we had the rest which was basil chicken with added cashews and beef pad see ew. First off none of the plates had any real flavor unless we added sauces second the pad see ew: I have never been to a Thai place where that dish didn't come with beef as an option without extra charge they boosted about how their beef brisket was better quality and that's why it was $3 extra which we got but it ended up being all fat and it tasted like pot roast. When we brought it to their attention we got major attitude and were reminded that we were told about the brisket and I reminder her that she also told us it was Thai style. If I wanted pot roast I would have gone to Marie Callender's. Their response was "what do you want to do then?". We exchange it for a chicken one. They never came to ask if we needed anything else or refresh our drinks. I'm very disappointed and we will not be...
