Read moreThis was the worst thai restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I seldom to reviews but I was so incensed I literally drove out of the place and am parked idling on the street to write this immediately after. I was literally the only customer inside when I got there not along after opening and eventually only two other people at an adjacent table so they def were not busy at all. I ordered the pad Thai lunch special because hey how can anyone screw that up right? It came w a ginger salad which was the only redeeming thing of the entire visit. After that the food came and to say it was unremarkably bland would be being polite. The temperature didn’t even seem right. What’s more is the girl never came to the table at all except to take the order. Drop off the food and pick up the dishes at the end. I couldn’t comment on anything and when I looked up, I never even saw her anywhere anyways. Probably talking to people in the back I presume. What’s more is she said they are so tacky. They don’t even take cards there. Who does that in 2024? so not even a debit card and they take Zelle if you can believe that so I’m selling a stranger the money and it’s very rare if not unheard of that I don’t leave a generous tip anywhere. This person actually came out from the restaurant towards my car and was asking for confirmation on the Zelle. I be grudgingly show her and I say how it was a bad experience. I was just going to let it go, but she comes out to the car and I’m telling her that and how she never came up to the table and how the food was very mediocre and she lied to me and said that she did obviously I’m not going to lie about that and remember it wrong. There is flipping hardly any people in there. What’s more is even if she did when I’m saying how tacky it is about the Zelf and the bad experience she gives a sarcastic wow in the tone that she can’t believe I’m saying what I’m saying and walks inside. Never once an apology or talking to the owner or anything. Way to go with your customer service...
Read moreOk so I had high hopes for this place since I heard such great things. I took a friend who I hadn't seen in 6 years and we used to do thai food all the time so we were super excited to try this new place together. When we got there the waitress was not the friendliest, when we placed our order she made it a point to let us know how little we had order (mind you we had ordered three main dishes and 2 rice plus we were getting free dumpling for checking in. It was only two adults and three children, they were sharing chow mein and rice and we had the rest which was basil chicken with added cashews and beef pad see ew. First off none of the plates had any real flavor unless we added sauces second the pad see ew: I have never been to a Thai place where that dish didn't come with beef as an option without extra charge they boosted about how their beef brisket was better quality and that's why it was $3 extra which we got but it ended up being all fat and it tasted like pot roast. When we brought it to their attention we got major attitude and were reminded that we were told about the brisket and I reminder her that she also told us it was Thai style. If I wanted pot roast I would have gone to Marie Callender's. Their response was "what do you want to do then?". We exchange it for a chicken one. They never came to ask if we needed anything else or refresh our drinks. I'm very disappointed and we will not be...
