I'm hoping it's an off night, but it's Monday, it aint late and they aint too busy... I called in for a pick up since I live around the corner, a carnitas Mr. Giant with green sauce. now I thought "green sauce" meant salsa verde, not a ladle of chile verde, which is something all together different, spooned on top of my burrito. I'ma let this one slide, not what I was expecting but hey, extra pig in the container, why argue. I also order two cabeza tacos which are good sized and also tasty but only one tortilla, everyone knows you get two tortillas, you need the extra one for the stuff that falls out! Now the boy asked for a "Works" quesadilla with chicken and they left out half the works, no sour cream, no guac. Disappointing for sure but, tasty, even if we had to break out the store bought sour cream. Okay guys, last chance, the wife ordered the Sanchez platter with two shredded beef enchiladas, all rice, no beans. Of course now when I get home, there's rice and beans. Again, not huge deal but I looked at the order ticket and the instructions are in red and pretty large type too.
So, color me disappointed today guys. I'm sure I'll be back, you're right around the corner I've been eating Los Sanchez for years, just like every other person in uptown Whittier, but I will go farther if this is the new normal. Let's not let that happen, I'm old and...
Read morePoor customer service. Not only once but multi of times. All the workers are rude and completely ignore the fact that you’re waiting to order. Very uncomfortable. We were trying to get a drink and one of the workers was blocking us from getting because she was talking to another guy through the window and completely ignored the fact that we were waiting. Another time we order our food to go and apparently they heard we were dining in, so instead of switching our food into a box they rudely gave us a box to move the nachos and wet burrito ourselves. Then one of the workers was like “oh do you want us to do it for you” (not mention the completely attitude they gave us) so I apologized again even though I know we order to go and asked if they can switch it over because it was going to be messy. So they take our food back to the kitchen. Long story short once we get home and open up the food there’s a big hand print on the wet Burrito. It looks like they just picked it up and threw it into the box and then tried to cover up the print. Literally lost my appetite. I could go on about a couple more times we have had bad experiences at this place. The food is good but we defiantly stopped going here just for the fact that we don’t feel welcome every time we walk into that restaurant. One star to zero...
Read moreThe two young lady's in the front have a really bad attidude.😡 when you stand in the front to ask for something everyone in the kitchen by passes you. That to me is bad customer service. The carne asada plater is a rip off. Youll only get one piece of meat, a small scoop of rice and beans. The meat doesn't even taste marinated at all.👎 Price is $9.45. The enchiladas are made american style. 😫 The sauce is sweat. The chicken taste tangy. My plate was flooded with the sauce. 😒With a side of beans $1.95/ small scoop and rice $1.95/ small scoop. 😷 The total comes out to be $8.76. The chilaquuiles sauce taste like tomatoe paste. Really not worth paying for. 😠 To be honest the only good food here is the menudo and giant burrito. I thought because that plate tasted good maybe other ones will be aswell but it turned out to be just the opposite. 💁 Really bad experience. Just wasted $35.66.😩💸 I was expecting a good dinner. Really upsetting. I dont recommend this place to anyone ever. The dinning is always dirty and the salad bar is always empty.😑😦. Never coming here to eat in my...
