McDonald's — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

McDonald’s in Wichita Falls, Texas, is a place that seems to struggle with consistency. On my recent visit, I found the service to be a hit-or-miss affair. While some staff members were courteous, the overall service lacked the efficiency and warmth you’d expect from such a renowned establishment.

The food, which should be the highlight, was a similar story of unpredictability. Although McDonald’s is known for its quick and comforting meals, the food I received was lukewarm at best, diminishing the enjoyment of what should have been a satisfying meal. The iconic burgers, which I had looked forward to, failed to live up to their usual standard.

Cleanliness, while generally maintained, did not make up for the lackluster experience. The dining area was tidy, but the attention to detail that elevates a dining experience was noticeably absent.

Did a mobile app order paid and all. Got there and the curbside pickup wasnt available so we had to wait in long drive thru line and then I give my order code and they cant find it and offer no resolution to the problem I checked to be sure I did everything correctly on my app order and I did again asked for my order and drive thru attendant says I cant find your order and still doesn't offer resolution. So I pull up show her my order code and she sighs and starts typing in something on her computer then says it will be an extra fee because they are out of the pie I ordered and all they have is apple. I finally say that's fine I'll take it. Then I pull up to receive order and it's not ready all I ordered was a coffee and an apple pie had to pull up and wait some more. Nothing wrong with the food, the 1 star rating is because of the service I recieve. The older lady who works the drive through window (on multiple occasions) doesn't like if you ask for sugar and cream. Everytime I've ever dealt with her she has the worst demeanor and acts like it's a big deal to give me the exact amount of creamer and sugar I ask for. I paid for my coffee and I expect to be able to mix it like I like it. Not really sure why she has to be so rude about it every time. I thought the first time she was just having a bad day so I didn't let it affect mine but the last 3x I've dealt with her I realized she isn't having a bad day, she just has a bad attitude.
