McDonald's — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

Let me break it down for you. The food was delicious, except for the lack of Hot 'n' Spicies(I mean, c'mon) Unfortunately though almost everyone working there is basically a terrible, rude, uncivil human being.

When I first ordered the lady working the register seemed as though she has never worked food service, which is fine and of course forgiveable, but she also seemed to have not ever learned to talk to another human being before either. She spoke to me like I was stupid and had never been to a McDonald's before, and she was also very rude to me while I was asking my friend if he wanted me to pay for him because he is a little short on cash.

Anyway, after that another friend was waiting on our food while I say at the table watching our drinks and condiments, and the same worker kept rudely repeating that the food would take a bit because they had to make my burger fresh for whatever reason (you'd think a McDonald's would have cheeseburger patties ready). Eventually we got our food and had a good time eating and talking, once again, I'd like to emphasize that the food was delicious.

After we were finished with our meal we decided to grab some dessert. My friend decided to get ice cream and an apple pie to make apple pie a la mode (which no mcdonalds will construct for you, you have to do it yourself) and he asked for an extra bowl or any bigger container really in order to do so, and once again he was talked to like he was stupid (including a manager that barely spoke English), even as he was trying to explain that he was going to make it himself an that they didn't have to. They caught on eventually and gave him a salad plate.

I then decide to get just an ice cream cone to keep it simple and a new worker made it. She made it arguable two big, about double the sidle of your average cone, and the manager that didn't understand my friend with his a la mode dilemma took my cone from her, SCRAPED IT out on the dirty machine to be cycled back into the mix, and instead of getting me a new cone reused the same cone to give me my smaller cone into like nothing happened!

I love McDonalds and of course I don't expect five star service from them, but a little common decency and cleanliness would be appreciated. Also the cone was stale, but that alright. :) Just got through drive through and you'll have a good experience.

TLDR: food was amazing, service sucked! They scraped my cone man! They just straight up scraped it right in...

My mom was ordering her food and the lady at the counter told her that if she got the meal it would be cheaper, but when she said she wanted small drinks and fries the lady at the counter didn’t tell my mom that it’s cheaper if you get medium fries and drinks. We got our food there was only one small French fries for three people to share. When my mom asked where the rest of her order was, that is when the lady told her that she needed to get the medium meals in order to get the cheaper price. We all got frozen drinks and my mom asked if she could get all three flavor in hers and was told rudely by another lady NO. When in reality, all she had to do was put each individual flavor into the cup so she could have all three flavors They all had kind of an...

22 years later, and still having lunch at this location. Seen the building change and plenty of employees go through here over the years.

Today's lunch was Hot 'n Spicy McChicken day. Accompanied by small fries, apple pie, and large soda. Always a good little tasty meal, nothing extravagant, as it is McDonald's.

I seriously miss the Club Grilled Chicken sandwich, never understood its disappearance.

Service is always top notch. I've seen employees transition from the lowest on the pole and move up to head manager. So proud of Cindy Hanson!! Everyone calls me by name or Mr L....

The place is always spotless clean. Inside and out. Their on site maintainer(s) are always busy cleaning.
