Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

This is my second time at this location. Each time the food has been messed up. The first order I ordered a Supersonic burrito without jalepenos. It came out with only bacon (not supposed to be on it), cheese, and jalepenos. There were no tots, sausage, tomato. They also did not give us any of the three tots that were ordered. Today, we ordered a kid's cheeseburger meal and confirmed twice that it was a cheeseburger and had cheese because the lady kept saying hamburger. She rudely said yeah that's what I said. When we got home the burger was just a piece of meat with nothing else on the sandwich. They also forgot our tots. We told them about the tots and they brought out one and we just left because it already took awhile. Our food besides the tots were cold.

Update to original post: I went there again today to give them another try. I made sure we had all of the food before we left. When I got home, I realized my the Supersonic burrito without jalepenos I ordered was wrong. It had no meat and only had eggs, jalepenos, and cheese in it...this place seriously needs to have better training...

Smells like weed at this store daily should really drug test your employees or at least tell them to keep it at home I work at this location and am appalled by the quality of service and how long it takes for customers to get their food I've worked at other sonic locations and I have to say this is the worst by farrrr, the staff gets mad at me for trying to do things the correct way also I cleaned the bathrooms which were disgusting and the drain in the back which was also disgusting. I wrapped the hose in the back yesterday and noticed when I came in it was still wrapped from me the day before which shows me the night crew did not scrub the floors... I care about my customers and the people of Wichita falls and it is absolutely embarrassing that customers have to deal with late food and uncleaned machines (ice cream and slushy machines). Also their tea containers have mold in them that I scrubbed out and got in trouble for "taking so long in the back of the store". If you want an honest opinion this place should be shut down because of the health violations they...

Only getting 2 stars because last night the manager was amazing. Tonight a guy pulled up and it took all of 10 sec to order, should have known something was wrong then. He proceeds to the window. I asked if the 2.99 burger and rings special was still available and she said mayo, mustard, or ketchup? I said is that special available (because she heard me ask the first time)... she finally says yes. I proceeded to order 3 of them, she didn't read back the order but I pulled up behind the guy who just ordered. He waited for a good while for something that probably shouldn't have taken too long because of how short the order was. He honked to get someone's attn which may have been a bit rude but in this situation is was well deserved. He sped off w/o his order or any acknowledgement. Then I pull up. NO ONE CAME TO THE WINDOW FOR 15 MINS. I saw the worker in the black sonic shirt drinking something out of a portion cup, no gloves no nothing, but you're back there handling people's food. Ummm no, I also drove off. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I have never had this issue at...
