I try and avoid this subway as much possible. I placed an order through the subway app. I asked for onion, they gave me olives. I am allergic to olives. I asked for double chocolate cookies, I got raisin oatmeal. I told them they messed up my order, the woman i told began to scold her coworker. When this happened the man the coworker was assisting told the woman to go easy on her. This led to them yelling and saying things like, "im gonna kick your balls" "You dont have the balls to come over this counter." From the employee woman. When tried to remake my sandwhich everyone was confused. The male employee came in and saw my bag was empty and tried to remake my sandwhich, forgot i put bacon and went to heat it up seperately. The new employee was shaking and struggling to assist the other customer. Confusion and hysteria ran amuck. I've been back since and had a different set of employees who just don't care about there jobs there or the customer. I never want to go there again. On my way out i was taking a lid i saw what looks like a cockaroach leg stuck to the lid. DISGUSTING. please...
Read moreI am writing a negative review for two reasons. One is that my order is frequently messed up. I cannot order online because I have to closely watch them making it and usually say several times what I asked for. Also, the bread at this location is often hard and crusty and seems like old, bread. However, the bigger reason I do not like this location is because one of the workers. There is a woman who works here and is always rude. I have been here at least five times with her working and she is incredibly rude each time. She has done this to my spouse as well. She seems annoyed to have to help people. She has eye rolled, ignoresd me, and snaps at people for simply ordering a sandwich. I go to this location because of convenience but try to avoid going now...
Read moreI like Subway a lot but the workers don't seem to understand how to use their gloves properly. The worker yesterday put on gloves to make my sub. Great. Except that he kept those same gloves on while he did a whole lot of other things as well. Not realizing that his gloves were cross contaminated. So in reality he was protecting his hands and not my food. I see this so much with Subway personnel. He seemed to get a little offended when I asked him to change out his gloves before he finished my sandwich. He did what I asked and the sandwich was great. But I wish that this chain would truly teach their employees about food safety. And it's the same at every Subway I have...
