The Broken Tap — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

Maybe I'm just spoiled with a high concentration of craft bars back home but I was left wanting more. This is just a bar where you get a beer and drink. Liquor selection left me wanting. Lack luster food options. No drink menu. Visible cleaning products stored near food. It was canned food but that doesn't mean much. Other than that the establishment seemed fairly clean but needs a good dusting. Noticed some flies, but nothing in my drink. The two bartenders present where attentive and kept up with demand. When I went I'd say it was at medium capacity. If you're younger this place isn't for you. I did see a beverage fridge that would be left slightly open alot, which isn't necessarily a good or bad thing. Just something I noticed. I ordered a gin and tonic, It did come garnished which was nice. But it was a solid 4 ounces of gin and four ounces of tonic. So a little off spec and a little strong. I love this bar, we have lived here for 3 years, a lesbian couple and we have felt so so so welcome here never have felt weird and the door staff bartenders and bouncers have been nothing but awesome!! We have had bouncers walk us to our vehicle and make sure we are ok and as women that makes us feel so safe!! The bartenders are amazing!!
