My family tried this place for the first time tonight and needless to say it was a terrible experience right from the start. We tried ordering 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream with mint sauce. Was told they can’t do that on that order. So we tried to put candy chunks in it, was told we can’t do that. So we settled on just 1 scoop of ice cream nothing else. Then my daughter wanted 1 scoop of ice cream with sprinkles, was told they can’t put sprinkles on that. After all this back and forth trying to figure out just what we could order they allowed us to put cookie dough chunks on 1 scoop in a dish and 1 scoop on a cone. They then gave us our order. And the scoop that was suppose to be on a cone they gave to us in a dish. All in all felt like I wasted 20$ on ice cream my kids couldn’t even order what they wanted even though the menu...

I haven't yet had a terrible experience but for what you pay the product should be at the very least not melted when they hand it to you. I realize it's July and it's hot but my Concrete shouldn't be liquified 2 minutes after they give it to me. I spent around $19 for a tiny child's sundae, 2 concrete and a 2 scoop sundae and everything was melty. My Butterfinger BYO Concrete had about a 2 actual pieces of Butterfinger and it was completely melted by the time I got to my car door about 20 feet from the window. I might go back again but for nearly $20 I'd rather just go to Braums where I've yet to have a bad experience in 30+ years and the cost would've been half. Photo is of the BYO Concrete that was supposed to have Butterfinger chunks in it and I took the photo after putting it in my own freezer...

We love Andy's, but whoever was working the register at the College Hill location on 7/29/22 at 7pm, was scowling and rolling her eyes while we made our order. Also, I happened to notice everyone else's faces and they were all scowling. We spoke to the group of them in hopes to get someone to smile, and we got nothing but rolling eyes and rude snickering. We aren't weird, we're normal looking people who tried to brighten someone's day. The cashier was NOT even speaking. Just pushing buttons and scowling. They weren't even busy, no one was behind us in line, and everyone was just standing around with frowns on their faces. They didn't look happy to be working there. This sign did not actually apply to these Andy's employees at all. Very...

We stopped tonight as a special treat. Ordered two medium vanilla cones and a birthday cake shake. This is what they handed out the window. I confirmed with the young man that THIS was a medium cone (because it was barely a scoop of custard). Honestly, I dont think he bothered to listen to what I was asking (he's the one that took our order) because he said something about it being a cake cone I ordered, not a waffle. I must have come away looking shocked. He apologized for my confusion (?) and handed my son a coupon for a free sundae. Gee thanks. It expires in an hour (8/31/25). We paid $2.99 for each of these cones. If this is a true medium at Andy's, beware. And maybe stick with going to Brahms.
