The try on area and lobby is very warm and inviting. Kelly was welcoming, but that’s where the good experience ended for me.

I came from dress gallery where I felt the bride excitement. Here, she had two brides so she showed my friend how to help me get in dresses. Personally I didn’t want my friends or family having to work while I tried on dresses, and it just made the experience less enjoyable I explained that since I just came from another appointment, I knew I liked certain styles and didn’t like certain things. I was then brought 6-8 dresses that were the exact things I DID NOT want. I said I didn’t like 3D decorations, and there were flowers coming off and a big bow on two of the dresses. I said no mermaid, and two mermaid dresses were brought. The final straw was when she brought a dress that my group audibly said “hey, she’s definitely not gonna like that” and were told “she just needs to try it on and see!”. I didn’t feel like my opinion or wants were important, instead it was what she wanted. Had it been my first ever dress appointment, I would’ve tried anything and everything to see what I liked, but it wasn’t and I already knew my preferences. They just weren’t respected. The inventory is SO small. I understand smaller boutiques won’t have the same amount of dresses, but to only have two of a certain style was disappointing. We found a veil that I thought was pretty, so we asked the price… ALMOST $700! For a veil! Even the other dress shops said that was LUDICROUS

I live out of state now but my sister and most of my close girlfriends are still in Wichita. So after getting engaged, on my next trip home I knew I wanted to try on dresses with my Bride Crew.

I found Bridely on Instagram and fell in love with their content, style, and creative humor. But when I went to their website to make an appointment they were all booked up during my short visit. But I loved their look so much that I called the store to see if I could get put on a waiting list in case any appointments canceled. Not only was Kelly the sweetest person to talk to she opened her store early so we could come in!

It was such a special experience. We had the store to ourselves so I got to pick the music (where else am I going to get to hear Lake Street Dive while trying on beautiful dresses??) and my girls loved getting to shop the racks while I was putting on new dresses.

The prices are reasonable, same as everywhere else I went, I told Kelly I was having a Mexican destination wedding, I was drawn to lace and bohemian looks, but most importantly I wanted something super unique and she delivered!

Caroline was my bridal consultant and I cannot say enough positive things about her. Wedding dress shopping turned out to be much easier than I ever imagined. Caroline possesses remarkable skill and talent. I went in with a specific style and vision for my wedding dress and she was very attentive to my requests. However, having tried on several dresses I never got the WOW factor. She was very positive and optimistic that they had a dress for me. That's when Caroline decided to change it up.
