Asia One — Restaurant in Wichita

We went through the drive-thru, and they said that because we went through the drive-thru Instead of calling in. that that's the reason why it took over 50 minutes to get food. If I wanted to go and take that long I would have gone to a sit-down place. Not worth the wait.

No apology. Also, when I got the food and tried to talk to the owner, which I was using a walker because of surgery 2 hours ago which is why I went threw the drive though.

No was willing to keep the door open or anything to talk about the issue. He also said that I could go to somewhere else after I paid for it. His staff also tried to keep the food which I almost hand to physically go get. He actually tried to keep the food which was paid for 55 minutes before.

Also, before all of this, when asked if they had a military discount. The person was offended by such a question and said that they will never offer it. They dont support the the military at all is...

Terrible. Just terrible. We got a small low main which was delivered, took a long time (1 hour) to get here. We were eating our food which was BURNT. When we got to the end of the food, there was hair and my sister swallowed it and she spit it out and almost choked. They said they will give us a free low main next time but I’m not sure if I even want it if the secret ingredient is Shu-Chang’s hair. Update: me and my sister were starving, we had no money on us so I mentioned the free low main. We called and a lady answered, we explained and she said she needed the review. So I told her that it was a few weeks back and gave her my name. She said she found it. She read my review and said it was nothing like what we said on the phone...what? Hot Fresh Food Great prices !! This is general Tsao combo and beef broccoli combo amazing crab rangoon!! Our total was 16.50 .. you can't go wrong !!

EDIT 1/27/23. our living location changed , leaving us to find alternative' s . Stopped in tonight, the food was AMAZING!! The tempora on the general Tao was PERFECT .. The sauce on my beef/mushroom was so savory.. lots of garlic n flavor!! Could probably use an oil change on the fryer , other then that PERFECT!! My husband gave it a 12 on the 1 to 10 scale.. DONT MISS OUT ON ASIA ONE!!
