Little Caesars — Restaurant in Wichita

For the last 3 weeks I’ve gone in once per week hoping to god something has changed, growing up with little Caesar’s I remember a time when they were far better than all other pizza chains… This location specifically has repeatedly dropped the ball. 3 weeks ago I wanted to order 2 hot and readies with some crazy bread and dude charged me $31 dollars. His manager called him to the side and said he rang them up wrong and he said he did it because there weren’t any hot n readies, she said doesn’t matter they’re hot and ready items. No refund or apology was offered. The next week I came in and ordered the same thing, they had me waiting in the lobby alone on a slow day for about 45ish minutes and just kept on with their day occasionally looking at me, I got up and saw my order chillen in the hot box. So I asked the kid at the front can I have my order, he said it wasn’t ready, I said what’s that right there with the exact items I ordered, he pulled it out and scanned it and handed them over and I looked at the tags and imagine that it had my name on it wow, so I leave and my Crazy bread was literally just cold dough and my hot n readies tasted like cardboard and looked disgusting. I just ordered again tonight one of the new pretzel pizzas and two orders of crazy bread, and they again had me waiting 45 minutes while my stuff was in the hot box just chillen, the manager didn’t give me a receipt, didn’t give me correct change, I watched them give a tweaker free food while mine was just hangen out for no reason. My breadsticks are nothing but dough, not even cut, my pretzel pizza looks like a pepperoni pizza sprinkled with a dash of salt, no butter on the crust. What the hell is going on? Mind you it’s the same curly haired kid with his AirPods in from the week prior who ignored my order and had me just hanging out in the lobby forever. They don’t give out receipts so good luck getting refunds, but I always use my last name and they scan that so I’ll be calling cooperate and the Better Business Bureau in the morning trust that… Disgrace to little Caesar’s and their trying to stay alive, your employees are killing it and not in a good way. Standards...

The female manager on at the location at Pawnee and Seneca on October 28th 2023 that answers the phone at 8 pm needs TERMINATED! So does The GM SHE PUT ME ON HOLD TO TALK TO ALSO. THEY WOULDNT MAKE anything right because they screwed up my order. Better yet fire them all and START OVER! there's thousands of negative reviews on this place and it SHOWS BIG TIME. I'm blasting this little Ceasars on google because someone needs to.

THE MANAGERS OR CORPORATE OFFICES NEED TO BE READING THIS. And all the other trash reviews people have left that nobody has never probably even cared to read or reply to. NOT ONE OF YALLS NASTY REVIEWS OR EVEN ONE NICE "MAYBE NICE REVIEW HAS BEEN REPLIED TO" THATS FREAKING SAD MAN. I FEEL FOR YOU CUSTOMER'S THAT PAY GOOD MONEY TO FEED YOUR FAMILY AND THEY THROW YOU AWAY LIKE TRASH. 👎

The most horrible experience with a restaurant I've ever had. Door dasher missed two items, called to the store and the female on that night was unprofessional on the phone and literally hung up on me. That's not customer service care at all that's a place that doesn't value anything accept poor painted pictures of people that clearly don't care about their job. I don't ever want to go back. Told the lady she needs to look at Google reviews on this place and she said "sounds good" and click. She hung up. NO WONDER THIS PLACE IS TRASH! Horrible experience and don't ever want to come back and I don't recommend anyone else to go there anymore either. Money...

We went in and ordered on 2/6. We got a pizza cheese sticks and wings. While we were waiting for our order we seen the girl who took our order drop a spatula on the floor pick it up and set it on a pizza box then a boy went over there and grabbed it and went and washed it off. Then the girl took a pizza out of the oven and put it in the same box as she put the dirty spatula. Didnt even throw the box away or nothing. And the phone was ringing off the hook and nobody would answer it at all. And the girl that took our order was not friendly at all. No smile nothing to any of the customers while we were there. So finally our pizza comes out they cut it set it aside on the metal table then about 5 min later our wings come out she throws them on the table dumps some garlic sauce on ot and throws it ontop of our pizza. And i asked her if she could put them in the warmer so we wouldnt have cold wings cuz they forgot about our cheese breadsticks. And she tossed them in the warmer. Then after about 10 more min our bread comes out and they cut and she gives us our order. We get home and bite into our cheese breadsticks and they are nothing but dough! And when i called up there to let them know know no one answered the phone at all and i called 3 times. Everything...
