I have been wanting to come here since they opened. We brought our six year old because he loves Halloween. We had already gone to another area haunted attraction that has been in business for 20 years. The first big hang up I paid more for this small haunt than I paid for the huge premiere haunt. It would be nice if there was some guidance or direction on where to go from the ticket counter, they said thanks and if I hadn’t known where it was located I would have wandered a long way before finding the right place. We got timed tickets and the wait was not long at all which was nice. The lines could use some lighting and entertainment. Once on the island it was immediately apparent that this was cheaply done, just based on the harbor freight motion lights painted over, the finger lights in the trees and the Spirit Halloween noise boxes randomly located around the path. There’s a reason most major haunts don’t use license characters (Jason&Freddy etc) is because the movie industry sets the character and it’s hard to do it like it’s been done. It makes it especially hard when one actor is wearing both a Freddy Kruger sweater, Freddy knife claw, Jason hockey mask, and Jason machete, unless there is some sort of weird mating situation going on one character wouldn’t ever have all those things. Actors were frequently breaking character before we were even out of eyeshot from them, lots of street clothing with logos and just a mask, people smoking in actor areas, and actors making audible upset noise when they didn’t get the scare they intended. However the scene dressing was very cool and well done, but they were either out of the walking path and just something to look at like the police car crash, or were unlit to the point that we just walked by them and then came back to look because they were noticed we missed them, there needs to be scene lighting if your wanting the attention to be on the scene. I really liked the thought that went into the plane crash scene but without the lighting it’s just passed by. This is obviously an amateur haunt but charging professional prices. At the end the hayride back to the car the four other groups agreed that the ride was likely the best part of the event. This could be a much better event if it was properly run and had professional actors that weren’t children. It was also apparent that they were using the old scenes from previously run haunts and the age of the materials and path showed with some of the non-earth paths being almost dangerous. Either charge less or be significantly better. $15 a ticket would be appropriate...

This year was not a good year for them! They are way under staffed. You wait for 2 hours if not more to walk thru the island and only see maybe 10 people (30min walk). A certain Staff member on the island was very rude and unprofessional. We had a kid trip and fall backwards when being scared (it happens) he yelled pick him up and get out of here. So we turned around and asked him what he said and he ripped his mask of and called for security. At the end of the nature walk we were unable to find any management to speak to about the employee.

Your response is completely full of ignorance At no point did your employees get touched by us. As for calling for security not one person made contact with us after your employee decided to mouth off and call security . You should really take a walk thru the island if you think that you have a...

LET ME TELL YALL. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Me and my boyfriend wait 40ish minutes to get to pay for our tickets. We go through the path to be led to regular pass line to find out - 3 HOUR LONG WAIT... ticket lady did not warn us, so we cant get a refund!. Not only that, it was cold standing there, and by the time we were going we had to team up with another group WHO WAS SO NOISY. Way to ruin it with nonstop talking. Then? You catch up with the group ahead, and it was just a bunch of us together the last half. Overall?? Good dedication. TOO many quiet path moments, a fear scale of 6 maybe 7. If you want to be utterly scared?? Try FOREST OF TERROR. that place was amazing. This was alright just not sure if I call it worth after standing 3 hrs...

Had a great time in the escape room we needed a couple hints but we got it done. The haunted forest was fun too my daughter was terrified and kept wanting to take chicken exits but she made it through the whole maze.

This was a really fun experience. For the price you can't beat it. My family and I had a lot of fun and the kids got scared as well... Overall really cool experience and will definitely do it again next year.
