Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Wichita

Honestly wish I could give them no stars, went through drive through last night and for a very simplistic order it took them 32 minutes to get my order out to me (sitting the whole time in the drive thru line). Once they FINALLY got my order to me, they forgot the drinks so I had to turn around. Being a member of management in my field i would have seen this issue and made immediate attempts to fix this , I personally would have comped my customers meal based on the simple fact that it took an inordinate amount of time to complete the order, and then on top of it making my customer come back again. This is a constant at this location and I don't believe i will ever return based on their management team. However the girl in the drive thru with the purple hair was awesome! Probably one of the nicest people I've met in the food...

Went in the morning for breakfast. When we arrived, the manager very rudely told us it would be a 15 minute wait, his employee then came up and told us nicely. Which Was fine since it’s only 15 minute so we ordered then waited. There were people who ordered before Ya, after over 35 minutes of us waiting the people before us and us got our food. The lady before us asked for some time of refund or something to make up for the longer wait. The manager again was very rude to her. We got our food my order was completely wrong, went up to get what I ordered it was cold, had to go back up to get it a new one. Luckily it only took a few minutes. Food was alright, I’ve never had a problem at this Braums or any other. I am just upset with how the manager responded to the customers...

It's a great place to get good ice cream and a good burger if it's hot and fresh the french fries need to be fresh to in order to be good. Sometimes they're a little slow. Especially this one guy who took my order by the time he turned around and got a cup he forgot he was helping me and they ended up helping eight other people before he finally started to make mine after I had to remind him. He looked like he was either High or just a little "slow". I'm not talking special needs slow either. I'm talking slow to realize what's going on in life. Thank God he has help from the other teammates to pick up his Slack. Other than that it's a great place to go with kids or on a date with your wife or your wife's sister or...
