The Easy Egg Breakfast & Lunch — Restaurant in Wichita

Came in around 11:40AM. There was 1 couple, and a table of 4 already seated and that was it. We ordered water and black coffee, and said we were all ready to order. The server said they had to go get their pad for taking the order. This alone took 3-4 minutes to come back from. We ordered our food and waited another 15 minutes for the food to come out after we were ready to leave. At this point another couple came in and sat down to our left(noone came to take their order until AFTER we left by the way, about 10 minutes they waited). My wife ordered Biscuits and gravy with an egg. The biscuits were as dry as can be and gravy was bland. I order a smothered burrito with chorizo. The burrito was just a soggy mess, the potatoes inside are 100% frozen style, so they had a rubbery hard outer and grity wierd center. The eggs were fairly wet and nothing about the burrito was pleasant. They then repeatedly bugged us to ask if we wanted something else. After the first "No" thats when you stop. But I had to tell THREE different people I didn't want something else or a new burrito. I just wanted to leave. So after almost 40 minutes in a very quiet late morning we left stomachs empty and fairly certain we'd not go back. But the couple that came in finally had someone come over to let them know someone ELSE would be by to take their drink and food order. Overall highly dissatisfied, and to see their are like 7 or 8 people minimum working there and no hustle until things aren't going right...

The food was started off ok. The steak could have used a little more seasoning but it's breakfast so I won't complain about it. What really upset me is that I paid 50 dollars for my wife and I to eat breakfast next to a cockroach.... In the middle of the meal the pest comes out of the wall decor that was next to our plates and that's where we got up and asked for the check. I told the waitress lady and the gentleman that served us and I still ended up paying 50 dollars for a meal that wasn't even finished nor would I want to finish it after the pest came from the wall. Very disappointed and disgusted that this NEW spot for easy egg came with a bad egg..

Update: I got a response to my first review but when I emailed the email they provided it went unread and they have not reached back out. It seems like customer service isn't their best feature unfortunately.. I'd really like to get contact with members of management so I could express ways that this could get taken care of as nobody in town or out of town deserves their lovely breakfast to be disturbed by pests coming from the...

Went Monday morning 7/28/25 ordered biscuits and gravy with eggs easy over and bacon, I believe the waitress's name was Ashlyn , she was very polite, very kind and thorough, her customer service was perfect not pushy, checked often but wasn't too much, she was also training a new girl and her skills and heart were all in with her job her explaining things and training seemed second nature that can be stressful and she handled it like a pro, the girl being trained did a wonderful job too, I just wanted to give a shout-out to these two especially Ashlyn, you rock ,your.
