Went here to pick an order for uber eats. Staff was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Upon arrival there is a sign advising drivers to wait in their vehicles and the order will be brought out. After waiting a few minutes and seeing staff walk pass my car without stopping i went in. Was advised that there is a pick up shelf where the order will be placed when ready. So I waited by the shelf for over 10 minutes watching new customers come in place orders wait a few minutes then leave. So i go back up to the counter was told by a Katie that the order never came up on the screen but it will be right up. No apology for the wait or even an apology that i was NEVER acknowledged even after waiting (right at the front counter in plain view of her and the rest the staff) for over 10 minutes.
So you would think my order would have been next but nope...Katie was more concerened with making her boyfriend, spouse, or whomever he was order was completed first, he received a free drink for his wait and after she joked with him for another 4 minutes (yes at this point i had mt stopwatch out) she went to the back and sent someone else out to make my order.
Si finally after 34 minutes i was handed 1 sandwich and 1 drink (yes that's all the order was) and told to "have a nice one". NEVER an apology or anything to attempt to make it right...no here's ca drink while you wait not even a cup of water but no worries I've already requested that uber never matches me with this establishment again and I will NEVER eat at ANY chick-fil-A....too many other fast food options out here. Just glad it wasn't my order because I would have demanded a refund. Horrible...
Read moreThis is the last time I'll ever order from this Chick-Fil-A location. I ordered 5 meals for my students and me through the Chick-Fil-A app as I have done every month for my students who go above and beyond normal expectation. We get our order with the bags sealed with the Chick-Fil-A stickers we open the bag and items were missing. I called and spoke to a lady who I believe to be part of management. Before I could tell her what items are missing she told me I need to contact Door-Dash because any issues with delivery needs to be reported to them. This is a classic case of shifting the blame and not taking responsibility for a order that was not completed at the restaurant. There was no way the driver could have opened the bags yet I was told to contact Door-Dash for missing items. This is unlike last year where I was able to contact management and they took care of the issue by simply issuing a credit. Chick-Fil-A normally proves good service both prior and post order. In this case the manager was blunt and not a bit of remorse so it came across as "Not our problem". I know going forward I'll simply select another restaurant where they at least seem concern when a customer has a issue of missing items. If a company has gotten to a point where I have to contact another corporation for something that obvious a issue when the order was put together for delivery then maybe that company needs to shift focus back to making sure they have employees that can make sure the order is complete prior to the driver picking it up. Read moreFrom the outside, Chick-fil-A may seem like just another fast-food restaurant, but don't be deceived. I worked here back in 2014, and to this day, I continue to suffer mentally from the traumatic experiences I endured. During my time there, I witnessed a disturbing trend perpetuated by the owner, Brad. He actively encouraged teenage employees to adopt racist attitudes towards coworkers from different racial backgrounds. This created a toxic environment where racial discrimination was not only tolerated but seemingly promoted.
The managers, including Blake, Nathan, and Spencer, appeared to revel in a twisted sense of racial superiority. Inside those seemingly innocent walls, it felt like a place where systemic racism thrived, and exploitation of anyone non-Caucasian was the norm.
The level of racial discrimination and unchecked power dynamics created an environment that can only be described as absolute masochism. One could easily envision a horror book or film inspired by the atrocities that occurred within those walls.
I strongly urge Chick-fil-A to initiate a thorough investigation into the events that transpired within this establishment. They should consider revoking the BRAD franchise , and I am willing to assist by providing testimonies from 8 individuals who also worked here and can attest to their own harrowing...
