Buyer beware!! I purchased 4 anklets on July 17, 2023 for $268. $60 an anklet seemed very high to me for the quality of chain you get, but my two granddaughters wanted to get them with their mother and I so I gave in against my better judgment. My granddaughters bracelet came undone at the bonding within a week of getting it. I had to go back in and have it put back on at the West location. Within another month the anklet came undone and fell off and was lost. I called the owner of the company to ask that he replace the anklet because it fell off twice within having the anklet for a few months. The anklet fell off due to his staff not securing it properly. He said that they will not replace it. After several emails back and forth he finally told me he would give me a replacement if I paid another $20. I thought this was ridiculous because his product was evidently not properly secured and he should guarantee his employees work. The chain was a very simple heart silver chain and having to pay $80 for this was excessive. So unfortunately, what started out to be a cool bonding experience for the four of us has become a very expensive mistake on my part. Just know that there is a chance that the jewelry will come undone where they secure it and since it is such a light weight chain you can easily lose it without knowing it is even gone. Very expensive product with poor customer service.
Response back to seller- you said it in your reply that this is “permanent” jewelry. Nothing permanent about an anklet that comes undone twice in two months. Of course, it will eventually fall off and be lost. The problem is your staff does not know how to securely fasten it “permanently” so you should replace it without expecting me to pay more. Poor...

Even though I asked when first I got it if it would break and they told me it wouldn’t, it ended up breaking twice. Which wasn’t a big deal because they fix it for free in the store. My issue is the 3rd time it broke I lost it. I went in the store today with proof of purchase to see what could be done and they told me because I bought it before the warranty was offered (which means I didn’t even have the option to get the warranty even if I wanted it, which I definitely would have because this isn’t cheap jewelry) they said I was just out of luck and there was nothing I could do but buy a new one and get the warranty. I’m so disappointed in the outcome of my business with this store. I saved up my money to buy that bracelet in honor of my brother and because I bout it so long ago there’s nothing they can do? I feel like there should be better rules set in place for those who didn’t have the option to get a warranty. I don’t think I will be coming back even though I do like the idea and the jewelry, I’m just highly disappointed and heart broken.
Update: about 10 minutes after I first posted my review the owner called me personally and apologized for the way things went. There is in fact a system set in place for those who were not able to get the warranty and the one who helped me was just unaware of it. The owner immediately recognized what went wrong and offered me a replacement at no cost! I did get the warranty this time lol! I’m so thankful for the resolve of the owner to make things better and am so happy to have my bracelet to honor my brother again! Thank you so much...

My boyfriend and I were really excited to get permanent bracelets together, but our experience with this company has been nothing but frustrating. Every time we went in, the staff moved incredibly slow and we ended up waiting way longer than necessary—definitely not a smooth or efficient process.
We each got two bracelets, and honestly, the quality has been extremely disappointing. Every single one of our bracelets has fallen off multiple times, and we haven’t done anything to cause it—they just randomly come undone. On top of that, we've both had to go back to get them fixed twice each, and they still continue to fall off for no reason.
They also stretch out really easily. Even though we aren’t rough with them at all, they’ve lost their original shape and no longer fit the same way. It’s extremely frustrating to pay good money for something that’s supposed to be “permanent,” only to have it constantly fall off and need repairs.
To make things worse, the staff hasn’t been accommodating at all. Despite the issues clearly being with the product, they won’t do anything to help unless we pay extra — even though we already spent a lot and paid for the warranty. It honestly feels like they care more about squeezing out extra money than making sure customers are satisfied.
