Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Wichita

Bought a 7ish dollar coffee, nice young man at the counter was very helpful. Asked where I could sit with an outlet? He points to the leather chairs and I sit, take my laptop out and prepare to have a scheduled meeting with my client, who was On the way. Then some older, washed up rocker looking, Julian lennon without the nose guy is sweeping the floor and sweeps right on over and says, ”how long are you gonna be here? Because you can't sit there, I can't have ppl sitting in my lobby.”

I tell him I was told ag the counter to sit there.

He says, ”Yeah, but you can't be here”.

I’ll keep in mind all he would’ve had to do was offer me to sit in a different area because the entire store was empty but he chose to tell me I can’t be there at all and I said to him, “maybe your staff should set expectations correctly like for instance tell them when somebody asks where can I sit with an outlet then they should you know mention that that area is closed.”

He was not hearing it. He continued to get a tone a d interrupt me. I said, ”I heard you, but you are not listening to me”.

I just wanted him to acknowledge that staff being unified would be good, but his demeanor as he continued to repeat that I couldn't be there was getting ugly. He then walked away as I was telling him to stop inturrupting me and listen to my point.

Then, as I left he positioned near 6 ft. To the door sweeping the floor that had been swept 10 minutes before with his broom and said ”Have a nice day”! in a way that didn't seem anything but passive-aggressive.

Drive-through worker touches the top of the lid work your mouth goes. My facial expression must’ve gave it away that I was getting ready to ask for a new lid in a bag due to her axing is there something else she can help me with. As I get ready to tell her yes I want a new lid in a bag and not to touch the mouth part she immediately turns her head to look at her screen scratches the inside of her nostril and then scratches her head. I then said never mind no thank you and I pulled off and went into the store immediately. I ask for a manager I explain to them what happened the manager had the other worker remake my drink. I am a little concerned because I told the manager it was a lady with the gray cap on her head and told her to look at the camara thinking she would go over to her immediately to tell her to sanitize down the cash registers and the other items she’s touching in the drive-through but the manager didn’t. She just continued working and making drinks! It was...

Emily and Jared (sp) worked at 530pm, Aug 30th. This used to be the BEST LOCATION (besides Amidon)! I went through drive thru. Got pumpkin cold brew. It wasn't made right. Went inside and they have the nerve, to ask for my cup bc "they'd add foam". I said "NO! I TOSSED IT. I TOOK A DRINK". I said "since when is taking used drinks back acceptable?!? With covid? Because it isn't". The girl saw me carry the recent drink, in with me. I literally just ordered per drivethru. Come on.

Even QT doesn't allow refills. That doesn't make me a "karen". That makes this unsanitary.

NO Starbucks does that. Most wear masks and never ask for your cup back That you've had a drink off of....
