(DQ IS A JOKE. The company reached out to me to apologize for Alexia’s behavior but just made a bunch of excuses for her explaining she doesn’t have much experience with the public. Tell me something I didn’t know 🙄 Then the lady that called me continued the lie about them not making the blizzards as advertised which I know is a lie because my brother goes all the time and was telling me they make his as pictured. Anyway then the lady told me to go to Andy’s because that’s where she takes her family and they make their ice cream the right way.) What an AWFUL and SAD experience I had with my family tonight. My two year old requested DQ for a Dirt and Worm. So of course we loaded up the car and headed out. We placed our order, received it and started to drive off as I noticed it appeared my sons requested Dirt and Worms was not there. After looking over the order it was but it was very clearly missing what makes a “Dirt and worm” a Dirt and Worm. We backed up and a young child (ALEXIA) opens the window and rudely asked if we needed something. I asked if that was supposed to be our Dirt and Worms and again she very rudely told us that it was. I stated that it was missing the Oreo crumble on top and the worms coming out of it, I told her it didn’t look as advertised and she said that “it was just a picture and you don’t get what the picture shows.” I said okay and asked if we could at least get a “worm” or two as it appeared we didn’t have any and that was what my child was looking forward too. She from the drive-thru window told us that she could see worms in the cup and would have to charge us for extra stating “it’s a mini what do you expect. We only put two in and then blend them up” (which in her saying all that proves that she couldn’t see any “worms” because she had already stated that they don’t make them as advertised and then apparently blend them in there so I’m not sure what she thought she was seeing in cup). We just said never mind and started to drive off but after seeing that my son was sad that it was not what he had asked for backed up again and asked if it could please just be remade as the picture shows and was told she would only give us a refund. So of course I was a little annoyed expressed too her that I felt she lacked good customer service because that was not a professional way to handle that situation. She then very rudely told me that if didn’t like her attitude I never had to come back and if I wanted to talk about it with her shift lead she was standing right there and would back her up. I have never experienced such awful service, almost threatening. The attitude that she had over being asked to make something the right way was just astonishing. I tried to be nice and explain that it was for a two year old who just wanted it to match a picture he had seen but she could have cared less about making that situation any better even for a child. Customer service is really just a thing of the past that our new generation of children will have to read about it in a...
Read moreFood is exactly what you expect...if you get it... Every single time I go to this location there is an extreme wait time. We waited for our food for about 15 min At the drive through window. When we arrived there was no one ahead of us or behind us. We placed our order and proceeded to the window. We received our drinks pretty fast (which they got one of two drinks right) Got our ice cream a few moments later and then waited and waited and waited for the food.
Finally we got part of the order, and some vouchers for a free Sunday (all without a word from the person handing it to us) the window shut and we tried to get them to open the window again for the rest our our order. We waited a while longer and then finally got the rest of the order. We were there for about a total of 20 minutes. Cars behind us left... I would not recommend this...
Read moreWent through the drive thru on my way to the hospital to see my niece. I ordered a 6peice chicken strip dinner and a chocolate shake. When I got to the room to eat, which was less than a mile from the store, my food was cold and there was only 5 strips of chicken and no toast and I had to wait an extra 7 minutes at the store for fresh chicken so there is no reason my food should have been cold. I called up there and told the "manager" on duty about it and they said if I could bring it back they would fix it. I explained I wouldn't be able to come back in that night as I was dealing with family issues at the hospital and they said sorry there was nothing they could do for me then. I was not a happy camper and I know better because I worked for Dairy Queen for a number of years and we always did our best to take care of...
