My son went to the Sonic located on East Central in Wichita Kansas located between Edgemoor & Oliver. I was on the phone with my son as he was ordering because he wanted to make sure he got the order correct. However the person taking the order was very inpatient after everything he said it was us that all being s person whom has over 20 years in customer service the employee was very unprofessional. So once my son got home with our food both burger of the cheese burger combo meals was burnt my grandson had wanted onion rings with his meal instead he got tatar tots. We also ordered mozzarella sticks & the was nasty not fresh at all. The complete experience makes you want to not go to sonic but even more so when I called to talk to the manager she was very defensive about the order stating he did didn’t order things that was clearly wrong with the order but when I informed her I was on the phone with him while placing the order her tone in her voice changed. I contine to try to support this establishment which has become far & few in between due to the lack of customer service. The person didn’t d offer to send out cards to my home which is ok but when you go to an establishment spending your hard earned money you would like to get your order prepared the way you ask or attempted to order it. Read moreWent thru the drive thru and the girl taking the order kept making me feel rushed on placing my order but she also kept messing the order up thinking i originally didnt want the first thing i said and so i kept repeating myself to make sure the order was correct. Finally i got to the window and it took way too long for them to officially cash me out and give my order and they still forgot one of the sandwiches on my order and didnt give me a reciept either yo verify she got everything so i had to wait for them to make the other sandwich and give to me. Overall in fast food it sbould have not taken the amount of time it took for me to get my food especially when i was the only customer in the drive thru at the time and the other car hops were taking care of the stalls. Read moreI pulled in for Happy Hour and they are a small SONIC, Which I Love. They were very busy of course. But I noticed the drive thru moved quickly which made myself have to wait a little longer than usual. But, that made sense, get the cars thru so your not blocking the parked cars that need to get out. I was served by a very sweet and kind lil gal, who could not apologize enough for my wait. She didn't have to do that, I understood. I just want to say THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF THERE AND OTHERS IN THE RESTAURANT AND RETAIL BUSSINESS. WITHOUT MY SONIC HAPPY HOUR DRINK, I WOULD HAVE NEVER GOT THROUGH WITH MY SHOPPING..
