Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wichita

The new Cantina menu is awesome. The new food is so good, and the employees at the location on East Central did a perfect job making and putting our order together.

For starters, we used the app to pick up via the drive through. Our checking account was debited, which I showed the lady, however the store didn't have our order. A young lady said she had to call her GM. After speaking with the GM a young man came to the window and said, we can't give you a credit, you will have to go through your bank. I told him, I don't want a credit I want our food. So I said, don"t worry about it right now, I will follow up with the bank tomorrow. We ordered our food and paid again.

Now on to the food. Everything, I mean everything was put together without any regard for neatness or consistency. Out tacos were soggy, Burrito had sauce at one end and sour cream at the other. Both quesadillas looked like they had been ran over.

The last time we were here, we were amazed. Now we are reminded why we quit coming to Taco Bell. For such a large chain we should be able to get the same thing the same...

Absolutely the slowest drive thru on the face of the earth. 2 separate occasions this week, both times have waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru. Tonight after waiting in the drive thru for 15 mins behind someone. So I pulled in front of the store, went in and after not getting acknowledged for over a minute - asked what the hold up was. They had to retake my order, didn't apologize but told me the customer in front of me ordered empanadas at the window, and it takes 7 minutes to fry them. The cashier proceeded to tell me most people won't proceed with an order when the wait is that long. But they did. So she retook my order. Charged me full price and then asked if she could give me anything. My food. Cinnamon sticks aren't going to fix the lack of customer service here. So I'm still waiting. I'd say 25minutes after I started this journey, I got my food and left. Got home, ate my first 2 items, bite into my 3rd and it's the same burrito I just ate. NOT my order.

So literally EVERYTHING SUCKED....

I have had bad experiences at restaurants in the past, but this taco bell took the position as first as the worst. I had a simple order. Went through drive thru. Got to the window and paid. I never got a reciept. Then they asked us to pull up and park in a spot so they can make my order. So i did. I wupatch these guys taking food out to people in drive thru and still not bring me my food. One guy noticed me staring at him and came to ask what we were waiting on. I told him my order and he went back inside the restaurant. Again keep seeing these guys taking food to other cars. Another guy came out and asked me to write down my order. I did. He took it and said he would be back. He forgot my order again. I'm mad now. Been here an hour now. I went in and got a refund at the end of it. The manager seemed like he got a but too high before going to work. He couldn't keep anything straight they need either more employees or more managers to get this place running...
