This place was absolutely sweet. It's a small space but they've still utilized it to make space for as many as possible. I had a creme brulee bubble tea and it was alright. They had some clumsy stool-like tiny tables and somehow when one of my friends was moving one of the 4 drinks we had dropped on the floor and they remade that drink for free. And was very sweet about the whole situation, weren't angry at all, in fact was laughing and using that opportunity to do a thorough clean. So, definitely great customer service by Whitney and Trinity! Love how cozy they've made it for the costomers in the shop. They even have ceramics, candles and other little items that they sell. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this teahouse. Instead of properly brewing the tea, they cheaply poured hot water through the tea strainer, resulting in a weak and tasteless brew. They didn't even bother keeping the tea in the pot, and their menu misinformed about providing two additional refills. When I asked them about the poor quality of the refill, they shockingly told me taht they pour water through the tea waste in the strainer and even keep the waste in the strainer with themselves for the next refill! Despite bringing up my concern about their unsatisfactory tea serving, the staff at the teahouse showed no effort to address my dissatisfaction. I recently visited this tea house and was disappointed with the quality of the tea and the refill policy. When we ordered a pot of tea, we noticed that the staff simply poured hot water over the tea leaves in the pot, rather than properly brewing the tea. When we asked for a refill, we were appalled to find that it was not a true refill - the staff simply poured more hot water over the used tea leaves without adding any new tea leaves. As a result, the tea became weaker and less flavorful with each hot water refill. Additionally, we discovered that the tea house's advertised refill policy of three refills was inaccurate.
