Freeze Dried Candy and Treats By M.Y. Snackies — Restaurant in Wichita

I placed an order a week and a half ago and did not receive a response or confirmation from the website. I emailed them and they responded 3 hours later which is customer service you do not receive anywhere. They explained that they had been having issues with the website and wanted to know what I had ordered. I told them what was in my order and they said they would have it delivered. They delivered it 1.5 hours later with lots of extra snackies so i could try the other favorites. The owner. Monica, also included a full page that was hand written apologizing for missing my order and explaining everything. The customer service has gone above and beyond anything I would expect from a small business. Tried a couple because I have never tried freeze-dried food before and it is pretty tasty. I will definitely purchase again...

Met these wonderful folks at the Sedgwick County Extension Center in Wichita and all I can say is Yum! My Hubby loves candy and if it's spicy it's even better. The variety the folks have is incredible. The personality that they bring with them to these events is infectious and that is always a great combination for an awesome business. I was curious about an advertised grand opening. At first I did not know what to expect. The store was kind of out of the way. Upon entering the I met the kindest sales people. They were generous with samples of the freeze dried products in which I had never experienced. They explained the freezing process. What a taste sensation. Each bite was like an explosion of flavor in my mouth💥🎉⚡ with gummy bears and salted caramel the absolute favorite. I'll be back!! And will look for M.Y. Snackies at events this summer...
