Thanks I don't know how you knew where I was. I seen the manager or maybe he's the owner, I told him I would be there to eat and I kept my word. I seen him and he said you did come, and I said l would. The employees were very polite, and they know their jobs very well. There was even a birthday women in their and they played a song for her, I thought that was so considerate of them. The place was very busy I also had been asked several times, if I was ready to order, I told her . Not yet, I wasn't but you look at the other people who are working to serve you and when I worked in a restaurant,l know how hard it is. I didn't mind wating. I ordered and the manager came out to ask about the meal, and I was also pleased that he sat across from me to relax a couple of minutes he is also the COOK. I tasted the meal and said exelant. I also ordered other items to go. I will definitely be back. I also want to say thanks for a great meal. GREAT JOB to each of...
Read moreI love the food at Los Pinos. As a Delano resident, We've been going there since they opened. My only issue is their prices. Every single time I go there it costs more than the last time. (???) What used to cost us between $25 to $30 now is costing $60. I can't ever pre-plan the cost of something there, because all prices listed online at 10 or 12 websites are different. Even if I select the most expensive menu prices I can find online - I end up being off by $8-$10. It is impossible to figure out how much I'll need to pay for an order beforehand. I've asked for a current Togo menu several times and they never have one. They just painted over the prices listed on their outside menu board. (I guess because they raise their prices so often?) If I asked about anything at the time, I am told I need to talk to the owner and they are never there in the evenings. It's good food, I'll give you that, we love it - but beware of gotcha prices when you pick...
Read moreI was in the mood for fried tacos. So I googled fried tacos near me...this place was the first to pop up.and the reviews were impressive! So I tried it out not only once but the very next day again lol. The first day I got the Jimbo fajita steak burrito smothered with all three toppi gs. The next day I got the crispy taco plate ..omitted the rice and beans and had fries...my son ordered the shrimp quesadilla. Both days the food was served hot and fresh off the grill it was so good. The chips and salsa they serve prior to your meal could be a little better as the mild sauce is very bland and reminds me of watery tomato sauce. The hot salsa is better but still bland. Other than that the overall food was SO GOOD! The menu is small and there is not very much room to sit on the Inside of the restaurant that boasts about six booths. however they do offer drive thru and...
