I just ate it this restaurant I've been excited for it because I like pho My family and I went in there to eat The first thing you notice is it still has some of the attire from one of the old restaurants that was from there then when they sit you down you take a look around and you notice that some of their other decor was from other restaurants like for example some of their chairs are from Chili's or Jose peppers you can tell because they have a pepper carved out on the chair And while you looking around you get the atmospheric vibe m you are in some sort of little mini mall their music sounds like you took your child to a thrift store and they picked up one of those old $5 little pianos and made their own little track to it It gets annoying after the first two or three minutes you were there they don't have a drink machine or anything like that they make you pay per can or bottle whichever you choose their cans are almost $4 a piece after tax The least they can do is offer some sort of tea or something but no they charge you by the can we proceeded to order most of their servers don't understand a word you are saying nor can you understand them I'm not being mean or anything but it's kind of hard to learn how to do things or order what you want when they don't understand you at all The food wasn't half bad I will give him that but that's the only thing that I will give them If you're looking for a pho restaurant I would spend the little extra gas and...
Read moreThis place is a disaster. Firstly, the environment. This place looks like you're in Vietnam and not in the flattering kind of way. They have RGB light strips that go everywhere and the place is just super tacky. Nothing about the place has any bit of intimacy, so I would not recommend taking anyone on a date here.
Secondly, the food. They started me out by handing me NACHOS at a VIETNAMESE restaurant. I'm sorry, but since when have nachos ever been associated Vietnamese dishes? Even if they were, the chips were stale, and the cheese looked as disgusting as it tasted. When I ordered their signature dish: "the Stone Pho," it was served to me in the worst way possible. The waitress nearly burned herself when trying to deliver it out because it was boiling literally everywhere as it came out. It spilled all over the table, and it made an absolute mess.
Lastly, the service. When I entered, the greeter literally just stood there, not saying anything, and had me wait 7 minutes before seating me in a COMPLETELY EMPTY restaurant. The waitress who took my order was an Indian girl who did not even know how to pronounce any of the dishes I had questions about.
Overall, this place will probably end up closing soon, and the owner does not know a thing about opening...
Read moreI'm extremely disappointed with my most recent experience here. Ordered pick up, we had to travel some time to get there and received a call at 9:32pm when we were on the way that the order was ready. We pulled in at 9:45pm and the door was locked. My husband walked back to the car to call the restaurant and the young man opened the door before he got back into the vehicle. The employee asked for the name for the order and he gave my first name, to which the employee said that there many named that so can he give further information. Sir. It's almost closing time and you spoke directly with me when we were on the way, what really are the odds that someone would happen to guess the name on the order.....when we got home, the shrimp for the pho tasted awful and was cut into very thin strips. I had to throw the pho away because it made the entirety of the dish taste off. The crab Rangoon basically had no filling, and 3 basically empty, fried, and burnt wonton wrappers for $7.00 is ridiculous. We had a great experience with the older gentleman (maybe the owner?) when we came to dine in before this, so this experience literally left a bad taste in our mouths. I don't know that we will ever...
