I placed an order online, and it came to fifty-five dollars for everything I got. So I expected it to be a wait. About thirty minutes later, I get the notification on my phone that my order is ready to pick up in the quick line. So it takes about a little less than ten minutes to drive there. There is an older gentleman at the counter, and I tell him that I'm here to pick up an order. I give him my name because there is nothing in the quick pick-up area. And he just had this look on his face, and he went back, and I could very clearly hear him tell the guy who was cooking the chicken say that the lady's here to pick up her online order. I told you not to give her chicken away. And I could hear the guy saying well I wasn't making any more chicken, so we had to take hers because she wasn't here yet. I'm standing at the counter, while I can see everyone looking me way but not 1 person came back up to that counter to tell me anything other than the older gentleman who said, i'm so sorry ma'am it'll be another five minutes. While I stood there. I could hear them complaining about a person in the drive through complaining about the food that they had to cook and that it was gonna take them thirty minutes to cook chicken even though I could clearly see chicken there. So they told the drive thru people that they would have to wait thirty minutes, so they left. After standing there for about thirteen minutes, I finally got my food. So I made sure to check everything in the bag to make sure it was there, and it was. But then, of course, we walked out without our drink. But the fact that they didn't even give us the cup that we had clearly ordered with one of the meals. When we got home, everything tasted fine. But when you opened up the chicken bucket, the skin had been pulled off of most of the pieces of chicken. When I pulled into the parking lot. There was one car waiting to order and one couple sitting in the lobby. There was absolutely no excuse for this and the fact that no one bothered to say anything was ridiculous. I guess there is a reason why popeye's is always so busy but But KFC has an empty parking lot most of the time And the drive through never seems to have more than two people in it. I will not be going back to this particular location. And i'm not sure I'll go to...

Read moreDefinitely avoid the KFC on Seneca St in Wichita, KS..... They are preparing and serving their food without gloves on and picking food up with their grubby hands and putting it in boxes for people to eat. The girl at the window actually asked me if I still wanted the food when I told her I am not eating food that had someones hands all over it. When I talk to the manager about it he seemed very much unbothered by the fact that no one was wearing gloves and I'd watch the guy who was prepping the food go outside to his vehicle and do other stuff go back in and then just start grabbing food and putting it in boxes with his bare hands. They acted like I was the crazy one for not wanting the food. It is bad enough to do that on any day but you're still going to continue to do that during this "pandemic"? And then treat me rudely and act like I'm out of line for not wanting somebody's grubby hands all over my food? And to tell me that I am not allowed to have a refund? I was able to press him and finally get my money back but I had to go back through the drive-thru in order to do that which made us end up wasting about an hour and a half of time because they were super busy unprofessional and nasty now I remember why I...
