Banh Mi = Price reasonable, most people liked it for 1st time because their 1st time tasting sweet carrot/radish but for me who eat a lot different type before, I feel like it its lack neither ingredients or seasoning . Boba Drinks = 5 out of 5, many variety to choose from. Fried Chicken = Price is much cheaper than KFC, Popeye , Church, but taste can be compare with Fried Chicken compare to Dillion Pho Noodle = Its good, but not the best, again price and size are little higher than other place. I have had a bad experience with Pho at this restaurant, they have a few seatings, its annoying when bunch of customers came in and got no place to sit and they wandering around waiting for their order to pick up. Pastries = Quite expensive, price feel like overprice popcorn from movie theater, you can a whole cake at Dillion for almost the same cost as a small slice here. I came about 9 times and ate/drink more than half of the items on the menu, somehow I losing interest slowly from their grand opening , Suddenly thought of a different place to go. Things they can do to improve. Relocate / redesign / remove that beautiful pastries display wagon, put more tables chair. Or use pagers / beeper notification device system, we could wait in the car for orders to pick up instead stand around in the crowd. Last thing about the buy 3 Drinks get 4th free, or 5 sandwich get 6 free. This deal is good if you have many people come with you, but if you or just you and your partner especially you come here a lot , this this sucks. I wish they have some cards and make stamps on them , or keep track of your sandwich and drinks count in their system and you will get a free one next visit its will make you feel like coming back. I would have got at least 5 free drinks and 3 sandwich by now. Would I come back? Definitely yes but not every other day, maybe 1 or 2 times a year. Will I recommended to a friends / family ? Definitely yes again it’s a beautiful, very clean place, great service ,...
Read moreBEWARE! Very disappointing experience in which I’ll never be back after since they are willing to lose a customer over their ridiculous service and intentionally giving their patrons items they are allergic to even when specified. Lady, taking orders at the window took my order wrong and when I got home I called and just asked if I bring the sandwich (uneaten) back tomorrow if they can remake the correct one, they said yes. I come back and repeat my order and before listening to my entire order the lady walks away and goes back I only assume to tell the kitchen my order. I get my order, I check it, wrong again they have an ingredient on it that I’m allergic to. I tore the bread on my sandwich and asked once more if I could have it made the way I ordered (very simple I just removed two items) and a man was at the window. Same thing, it’s like he walked off before listening to my full order and comprehending what I’m saying. I get a “new” sandwich except that it’s the SAME sandwich torn bread and all. They just removed all of the veggies which is not what I asked for, and added more meat. They then put ALL of the veggies in a bag on the side. Including the veggie I am allergic too!! Are you kidding me? Disappointed I walk inside and just ask for a refund bc clearly they don’t care. I even reiterate to the man they hey ya gave me the same sandwich with the ingredient I’m allergic to. Didn’t seem to care and just processed the refund. This is so disappointing because I love this place and I feel like they’ve typically had good customer service and those are some other reasons. I keep coming back but now I see that they genuinely do not care about the health or safety of their patrons. I’d also like to mention, I am an easygoing, friendly patron. I was not angry or rude or harsh at all as I understand accidents happen. But to know that this is how they treat even the nicest of patrons, truly...
Read moreWent there the first day they put everything on your sandwich I went there again they gave me a bag full of all my stuff to put on my own sandwich charging premium prices and then want you to help make the sandwich the drinks are filled to the top of ice so you're getting ripped off and they charge 6.50 almost as much as the sandwich they also weren't even as busy and just left my sandwiches on the counter and didn't even worry about me coming to get them didn't even call my number again they need to get a better system and relaying to people when their stuff's ready they did a lot of fancy stuff the first day but if they don't pick up on some of the things I'm saying they won't be around long consistency is key to success in the restaurant business and you guys are already starting out inconsistent. The lady told me that the rest of the items weren't on the menu because the staff couldn't handle that just yet you need to understand they don't look like you guys can handle the sandwiches alone making people put them...
