Placed a mobile order for the first time. They were out of one of my items by the time i got there. They did issue a refund, but the cashier at the drive-thru had no idea what item I was missing... it only showed her the number of items I ordered. She just knew something was missing and she couldn't find it. It held up the already busy drive thru five minutes while she tried to find it and then refund my money. Got a Pumpkin Spiced Creme, a PS Latte, a pumpkin muffin, and a pumpkin scone. The coffee tasted slightly burnt, and the flavor was all at the bottom of both drinks. The bakery items were very good, though. They did offer me an extra drink for my inconvenience.
10/12/2024 - gave this place another chance today as we were in the neighborhood. I ordered 3 drinks (2 Frappuccinos, and a frosted lemonade) through the app for pick up in the drive thru. When I pulled into the drive thru at 1:10pm, I was told they were working o on my order. When I pulled to the window after the 2 card in front of me, I waited 5 minutes before anyone came to the window to confirm that I was a mobile order and told they were still working on my order. Another 5 minutes, and I'm told that they spoke one of my drinks and was asked to pull around while they remade it. 10 minutes later, I finally received my order from the manager with a $4 comp card for my wait. Almost 25 minutes from the time I gave them my name until I had my order. Won't be visiting this...
Read moreI always go to this Starbucks every morning before work because it’s down the street from my house and I always have good experience but today it was a pretty bad experience due to the window person he was being a little rude. Okay I understand maybe I wasn’t herd properly when I said oatmeal and then got to the window and my drink was 9$ okay I get that adding foam is a little extra and that’s fine. I said nicely hey I’m suppose to have oatmeal with the drink and they said I just have the drink I was like why is the drink 9$ usually when I add foam it’s only 8$ I didn’t ask for oat milk and I understand it could have either Been my mistake or there’s it doesn’t matter I then asked well can I get to oatmeal then still “he rudely said well I’m gonna have to charge for it” I said okay but I held back the words I actually wanted to say I don’t mind paying the extra money no big deal but I worked in customer service for 3 1/2 years and your not suppose to be rude you reply with I’m sorry ma”am I’ll get you that oatmeal but I will have to charge you for it. Read moreGave this place a last chance this morning and sadly i started my day off disappointed. I asked for coconut milk as usual (paying extra) for many reasons and i noticed the person serving my coffee used soy milk.... i asked the girl really nice if he had use coconut and she asked him and then said 'yes coconut milk" and i looked at her like ... ummmm nope i saw he used soy milk. They finally re- made the drink, that i was actually paying extra to get what i wanted and they did not even bother to say sorry. Manager was right in front of all this and did not even bother to ask what was going on. Personally customer services is really important to me because people are paying to get what they need and they are the reason you get to have a job every day. Lastly i been to every Starbucks there is around here and this is one of the worst, you can tell when they put effort into your drink and make sure you like what you get but this place just throws whatever into your cup to get you...
