Pho Chopstix — Restaurant in Wichita

This is HANDS DOWN my favorite place to get Chinese food in town! I highly recommend you eat in house and enjoy your food hot out of the kitchen. Never, in my life, have I had Chinese food so hot and fresh that the breaded chicken was still crispy and crunchy under the thick sauces until I ate here. It is absolutely delicious. It's just a little hole in the wall, and a well kept secret, but it is worth your time to seek out this great little establishment and give them a try! We eat family-style when we go here, ordering Sesame Chicken, Fried Garlic Chicken, and the Chicken Fried Rice entree. While the chicken meals come with a side of fried rice, it is nothing compared to the delicious entree loaded with chicken, a few veggies, and seasoned to perfection. Leftover Chinese is always good, in my opinion, and here is no exception, but there is nothing that compares to the fresh stuff! It is a must-have! Even carrying out your meal will lose that crisp, crunchiness that makes this place so great and sets it apart from other restaurants. I've never ordered their Pho before because I'm so in love with their chicken dishes, but what I've seen looks like huge portions and delicious. The staff is also incredibly kind and attentive. The regular waitress that I see there is easier to understand than some of the people who work more in the kitchen. This is a great place! Go enjoy...

While most people's highest compliment to Pho Chopstix is their location on the west side of town, my pho experience here was good enough to stand up to many of their east side competitors, though not necessarily to warrant visiting if it's out of your way.

Like many, Pho Chopstix offers a variety of Chinese dishes to placate the timid, but you and I are here for the pho. And maybe some cafe sua da. The broth of the dac biet was well-seasoned long before I arrived, and the brisket rare enough to cook ever so slowly as I ate. Absolutely LOVE Pho Chopstix! Went twice in one week with my family and both times we were greeted with a smile as soon as we opened the door. Our servers were both helpful and suggestive and the food....OUTSTANDING! The best bang for your buck! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and was very impressed with how enthusiastic he was to hear about how our food was (which he cooked himself). We chatted about his family history, how Pho Chopstix began, what menu items we need to try, and what inspired his cuisine. I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to try the Pho.
