Bought a 7ish dollar coffee, nice young man at the counter was very helpful. Asked where I could sit with an outlet? He points to the leather chairs and I sit, take my laptop out and prepare to have a scheduled meeting with my client, who was On the way. Then some older, washed up rocker looking, Julian lennon without the nose guy is sweeping the floor and sweeps right on over and says, āhow long are you gonna be here? Because you can't sit there, I can't have ppl sitting in my lobby.ā
I tell him I was told ag the counter to sit there.
He says, āYeah, but you can't be hereā.
Iāll keep in mind all he wouldāve had to do was offer me to sit in a different area because the entire store was empty but he chose to tell me I canāt be there at all and I said to him, āmaybe your staff should set expectations correctly like for instance tell them when somebody asks where can I sit with an outlet then they should you know mention that that area is closed.ā
He was not hearing it. He continued to get a tone a d interrupt me. I said, āI heard you, but you are not listening to meā.
I just wanted him to acknowledge that staff being unified would be good, but his demeanor as he continued to repeat that I couldn't be there was getting ugly. He then walked away as I was telling him to stop inturrupting me and listen to my point.
Then, as I left he positioned near 6 ft. To the door sweeping the floor that had been swept 10 minutes before with his broom and said āHave a nice dayā! in a way that didn't seem anything but passive-aggressive.

Emily and Jared (sp) worked at 530pm, Aug 30th. This used to be the BEST LOCATION (besides Amidon)! I went through drive thru. Got pumpkin cold brew. It wasn't made right. Went inside and they have the nerve, to ask for my cup bc "they'd add foam". I said "NO! I TOSSED IT. I TOOK A DRINK". I said "since when is taking used drinks back acceptable?!? With covid? Because it isn't". The girl saw me carry the recent drink, in with me. I literally just ordered per drivethru. Come on.
Even QT doesn't allow refills. That doesn't make me a "karen". That makes this unsanitary.
