I don't usually leave reviews for places, let alone, leaving bad reviews, but the past few times I have gone to this Starbucks, I've had different issues with different people. My most recent issues were from last Thursday and this past Saturday. I tried redeeming my stars for a Ham and Swiss croissant and one girl tried to give me a chocolate croissant and when I told her I wanted a specific one, she (rudely) said "that's a hot breakfast item" and I did have to tell her that the app said it was a Bakery Item. On Saturday, I tried getting a coffee and some food and I tried reloading my Starbucks card with a gift card that wasn't from Starbucks and the girl told me that they only reloaded cards with Starbucks Gift Cards and when I tried going back up to get a drink using one of my personal cups, there was a new guy and I asked him about the Personal Cup Discount and he tried asking the other girl for help (She's been there longer, because I've seen her before) and she told him that because a manager wasn't there to help them, to tell me that they couldn't do the discount today. I've gotten the cup discount at this location multiple times and even a lot of the newer staff at this location knew what the discount was when I've asked about it. In the past, it has also taken 20 minutes for drinks to be made with or without a line. Some of the employees here don't necessarily listen or are rude. With no line, my order took literally 20 minutes and I was almost late to class. I went at like 4 pm as well when nobody was in line or busy. The cashier was super rude and charged me twice (and then refused to give me a receipt for either) so now I have to call my bank. They also said they were out of cookies and just gave me a brownie instead (after the 20 mins of waiting for coffee)- and as I left another cashier accused me of stealing a cup - the cup id bought months ago, that they don’t even sell, full of my own drink that I walked in with and had in my hand the whole time. He even stopped me and rudely asked twice if I was “gonna pay for that” and when I tried to explain that it was mine, had no price sticker (because it’s washed off by now) and showed it was full of my flavored water he rolled his eyes. Read moreI’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a few years now. I am a very nice & pretty down to earth person. I normally don’t ever leave reviews but this one I did indeed needed to address. Tyler has always been on top of his job & always going above and beyond with Starbucks customers, that I do love and there is others that do a very great job. This past Saturday April 1st , I had asked the lady at the drive thru if Tyler was available so he can suggest me a drink of the day( since he is very good at it) then the lady told me that “ there is a team that can help you with that , I believe Tyler is on break” … then I was like ok , then she went off suggesting some.. then after I had placed my order I pulled up to the window to pay and in the back ground I hear the other employees laughing and saying “ oh yeah let me grab Tyler because he is the only employee working here”!
