Experience happened Friday, March 15th, slightly before 9:00PM CST.
My husband had placed an order on their app for him and my nephews. I went to go pick it up. It was busy and they had orders stolen/missing, which in turn made some orders backed up or people getting the wrong order, so had to wait, which was fine. Once I got our order and took the food back home, we found out that one of my nephews were missing their entire order. He and I went back while the others stayed behind and I had the order that my husband texted me. We waited again for them to make that and it was busier than the 1st time I went in, with people waiting on their order or having not had their order placed yet. When we were about to be handed our food, I heard one of the employees in the back asking another employee when handing the bag to them "Are they here?", the other one asked, "Is this _ order", they said "Yeah, here's their bag and tell them to "f" themselves". I know I didn't get word for word on that conversation, but I heard the confirmation that it was our order and the response that was said directly after the bag was given to the employee who gave it to me (about the "f" part). I told my husband about it when I got home and he called to make sure that they knew what they did was wrong. It's okay to be upset and stressed and even vent to your coworkers, but it's not acceptable to let customers hear that. I'm not sure if the whole store heard what that employee said, but I'm sure others standing near me probably heard it. I'm not sure anyone will actually read this long message, and I'm not one to post a bad rating, but I feel like this needed to be said and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOnline order during my lunch break. I immediately noticed I had the wrong location selected because the one near my house is saved to my profile. I needed to go to a location near my work.I had a short lunch break. I called the store withing 10 seconds. It rang over and over. I would hang up and and it would be busy. Then I would call and it happened again. Finally, after 7 calls a girl answers. She isn't even sure the location of her store she is currently at. Then she could not locate my online order. After she found it she then got a manager and told him about everything while I could hear. Referring to me as "some lady" and she has already told me they cannot do anything, but that he needs to tell me. I felt this was unprofessional. After talking to the manager nothing got done. I had now run out of time to go anywhere for lunch and was going to have to waste the money I spent at that location. One of my co-workers thankfully had a break and went and picked up my order for me. When she arrived the same girl told her they had no online orders even though they told me it was already made. Eventually they found it after a few minutes. Once I got my food. I didn't get my drinks and the order was wrong. The whole reason I ordered online was to save time and to customize it. I know it was my fault I picked the wrong location, but it was a total unhelpful, rude screw up...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo in all honesty my experience wasn't the greatest because I was waiting in the drive through for 50 minutes waiting to get my food, but the they only had 2 people working which is why it took so long. I know those people busted their tails that night, and they probably went home exhausted and hating their job. I'm sure they delt with your typical Karen who felt like she deserved free food for wasting her time. I just want those people who were working, I believe it was Tuesday night, that I appreciate them for making my food and for working their tails off! I totally understand that it's hard keeping employees or even getting people to show up to their shift these days, and them not realizing that they are putting a huge burden on their fellow co-workers. I think management should get these employees a visa gift card, or something showing appreciation for keeping that place running with no support. Thanks again Taco Bell night crew! You guys did...
