Whiskey Dicks — Restaurant in Wichita

This review comes as a suprise, because I never thought I'd have to write one about this place. I frequent your place 4+ times a week for lunch, dinner, and on the weekends. For the most part the service we get there is just fine. Except last night. I was in your bar on Saturday April 28th. The waitress/bartender we had (Blue hair, tattoos, backwards hat. I think her name is Alexa?) Is absolutly, by no exaggeration, the worst server I have ever had at a bar or resteruant in my entire life. Seriously. The attitude and disrespect was incredible. Copmared to other places on a saturday night, Whiskey Dicks is not busy. There's 30 people in the whole place TOPS. If she clearly can't hande even that, then she needs to find a new profession. I get the vibe that Whiskey Dicks has, (neighborhood bar, kinda rowdy, everyone knows everyone) but the language, and attitude of an EMPLOYEE towards random customers simply because she couldnt handle it, is absolutly unnaccpetable. Everytime she left our table, everyone turned to each other with rolled eyes and comments about never coming back. I even watched OTHER tables around the joint do the same. She is a SERVER. at a PUBLIC BAR, in the FOOD/BEVERAGE/HOSPITALITY end of the carrer spectrum. Hopefully she can find a job that doesnt rely on her incredibly bitchy attitude to supply her with tips. We have had a terrible experience the last 2 times we were there! What happened to your other waitresses? The new ones are inattentive when you arrive (they took 5-6 minutes just to say hi to me & it wasn't busy) and even brought another customer in from outside, walked him to the register, let him look at the menu, take his order, & pay his tab before the waitress walked off without saying a word to me. After the extended wait my food still wasn't ready (I called it in & left my house at the time they said it would be ready) so I had to wait longer. I sat & watched the cooks put my food on the racks & waited for several more minutes as the waitresses preferred to chit chat instead of checking my order & letting me leave. I finally tried to speak to a waitress at the register to get my order and she had the audacity to try to argue stating my order had just came up! I was so frustrated I just got my bag from her (finally) and walked out. To top everything else off, my order was wrong for the 2nd visit in a row. If y'all can't do cheese fries, just say something. I was concerned about my safety. The food was good and they mac and cheese was relish except cold. The place could use a real scrubbing. The floor was disgusting along with the perimeter and bottom of all walls and tables. Beyond broom and mop. Time for some real cleaning. I went in to the restaurant with a 80 year old lady and a female friend. I guess the server Brandy did not like us or for some reason made up some words she claimed came out of my mouth, as far as I know did not happen. A creepy large man who claimed to be from Croatia came over to our table and started to harass me about the lying waitress claim. I felt like I was being imitated and bullied. I told him to leave our table as he was being rude and made all of us uncomfortable. I reported this to the male bar tender who said he had no rights speaking to customers at all. The food is good but the place needs to clean up physically, get rid of the thug undertone and check their customer bully attitudes at the door. I won't ever go back......I like my life and sanity better than good cold...
