i love biggby and i go there all the time but they have not had the best service every time. today i was handed a hot drink when i asked for iced, it’s a common mistake and it is easily fixable. instead of the staff making a new drink and charging me extra for it being iced they gave me a cup of ice. my boyfriend bought a whole new one bc they wouldn’t remake it because of a couple cents. i love all the staff so much and i mean no disrespect from them but making a customer happy is the first thing that should be thought about when in customer service. putting a hot drink in a cup of ice does not make it iced it makes it watery and warm and just...

Very nice place. Staff was friendly. Not impressed by drinks. I ordered a salted mocha caramel creme freeze. It taste like blended chocolate milk. I taste no mocha. Also didnt get the whipcream on top. They said they ran out of lids😒. My husband got espresso and it was cold.

I’ve been in with my girlfriend twice now we come in the morning after going to the gym. Both times the service has been excellent and our coffee and bagels have been delicious. Tastes a lot better and is a lot faster than competing places for the same or cheaper price. Everyone is very friendly, and the blonde barista took our order both times and is always chill about being patient and even helped us pick out drinks since the menu is so huge.
