⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely the Best! Words can barely express how much this family-run ice cream shop means to me. For over 60 years, they've been serving up pure joy, and honestly, there's just no competition. Stepping up to the counter feels like stepping into a warm, generational tradition. The staff doesn't just serve ice cream; they make you feel like you're part of the family, sharing in a timeless ritual. And the ice cream? Forget about it. It's the best, period! Every scoop is a taste of pure, unadulterated happiness. I moved to Colorado over 45 years ago, but whenever I visit relatives in Cleveland, I make it a point to drive out of my way for a taste of this incredible ice cream. It's not just a treat; it's a time machine. It instantly transports me back to my teenage years, growing up in Cleveland in the 70s, filled with sweet memories and carefree summers. If you're anywhere near this place, GO THERE! You won't just get ice cream; you'll get an experience, a memory, and a taste of true, heartfelt passion. This is a must-visit for anyone who loves ice cream and values the beauty of a genuine, family-run...
Read moreStopped by after visiting Cleveland for the day! Soo glad I did! I asked a few locals at The bar for ice cream, they suggested some pretentious bougie hip ice cream joints lol heck no. I’m from Erie PA. I want the drive up, outdoor, family owned local spot that’s still cheap prices and good portions. We got lucky and found it! Best sundae I had. Got the pecan turtle. A bit on the too sweet side lol but was still amazing for the size. Also, it’s CASH ONLY. I got lucky and as I read the signs, I called out if anyone had venmo!? A super cool dude responded “how much ya need” and we exchanged digital for cold hard cash. lol kinda upsetting to see that in 2025 but I get it. The merchant fees prob eat up way too many profits. Prob a lot of small businesses struggle with those. Hope to make it back someday. And if you’re ever in Erie, have to visit CREAMLAND. It’s the Jerry’s of...
