It was uncomfortably cold in the restaurant. But I thought that was typical of the owner's attitude: the sign on the building was in disrepair, as well. The food was terrible. I ordered a taco salad with chicken. The chicken must have been out of a can; the bottom of my salad was swimming in water. My friend forced himself to eat 1/3 of his fajita burrito. I can't even describe the steak inside of it because I have never tasted anything so poor (and this in a town with a meat processing company). The service was extremely poor also. The waitresses were too busy talking to each other. While we were there, a couple came in and seated themselves. After being ignored. They left. One of the waitresses was preoccupied with her cell phone, evidently texting, while wrapping silverware in napkins (and handling the knives by the blade, not the handles). They did not clear our plates. Did not ask how our food was. We did not ask for doggie bags. I wouldn't even feed...

The menu is diverse with breakfast all day and the lunch menu is extensive! We were asked if we would like chips and salsa .. chips were warm and the salsa was spicy (just the way I like them) Husband ordered fried shrimp and fries with a salad and much to his surprise corn came with his lunch. He commented that everything was seasoned very well. I ordered Mariana's salad which came with grilled chicken, diced ham and boiled eggs over a bed of lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and cucumber. Service was good and the food was delicious. If ever passing through the Goodrich area, we would...
Read moreMan oh man...we have traveled far and wide & just went to a place called Gabriels in Santa Fe New Mexico. Apparently it has been featured quite extensively for top Mexican restaurants. Although it was good I must say I ordered the same meal here at Marianas after asking what they were known for...Fajitas. I was NOT disappointed. I would venture to say they were probably some of the best I have EVER had!!! I have a lot of leftovers and they were definitely on point! We had a really sweet server also that made the experience that much better!
If you are passing through and looking for a break, you will not be disappointed in the Steak...
